Excellent holiday, wonderful property

The apartment is well equipped, well maintained and tastefully furnished with a dedicated and secure parking space. Highllights are the spacious roof terrace on the top floor and the balcony on the lower floor. The location is good, close to the seafront and there is access to local shops.The region is very interesting with lots to see and it is easy to get further afield either by car or public transport.Lidia and Giuseppe were friendly hosts and we recommend this property unreservedly. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Eine sehr saubere und schön gestaltete Wohnung in einer sehr guten Wohnanlage, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden. Besonders die Lage und der einmalige Blick auf das Meer und die Berge sind unvergesslich. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in einem abgesicherten Bereich, der nur für Gäste der Anlage zugänglich ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit hier wieder buchen.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé, chambres confortables et climatisées. Un balcon pratique à côté de la cuisine. Et surtout une incroyable terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle. Une partie couverte permettant de prendre ses repas à l ombre. Lydia et Giuseppe sont très agréables et disponibles. Le tout à 2 minutes de la plage. Le paradis pour des magnifiques vacances en famille!

Lovely breezy apartment 30 seconds walk from the beach with a huge rooftop terrace. Lovely and very helpful hosts. The kitchen is lacking some basics like a kettle and toaster since the neighborhood does not have much to offer restaurant wise but otherwise, great place to relax and do day trips.

Bello e comodo appartamento,arredato con molto gusto.Terrazza attrezzata per cene romantiche di fronte al mare.Vastissimo solarium con spettacolare vista del Golfo di Gaeta.Spiaggia praticamente sotto casa.Supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.Proprietari persone d',,altri tempi,simpatici,gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.Piacevole vacanza,senz'altro da replicare.

Location fine, property lacked care

Having said we did not speak Italian we were welcomed by nice caretaker who only spoke Italian. This would not have been a problem if the property had any local information, but we found nothing. Normally there is a guide saying where the local shops are; the number for the emergency doctor and other useful information. Even getting out the gate at the bottom of the stairs involved climbing on it to see there was a button on the other side. When we did have a problem with the washing machine it was fixed very quickly. Having said there was air conditioning in fact that only covered some of the rooms and we were put off using it by the caretaker checking the electricity meter first. The wifi only worked some of the time.
