A Perfect Stay

The property and facilities are beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The Hosts gave us a lovely reception and were available if we needed them. The facilities included around the Pool area are amazing and all easy to use. We especially enjoyed the privacy on offer at the Villa, even though Formia & Gaeta are very near. There are excellent rail links to either Rome or Naples too.

Beautiful property in a lovely area

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. It worked very well for us and our two teenagers as they enjoyed having their own space. The pool and the views were spectacular. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the local beaches and had fun exploring Formia and Gaeta. We also had a day trip to Rome using the nearby station. We had an excellent holiday! verywelcoming, kind and helpful.

Top of the Mountain

This was an amazing property located high up on a mountain and was actually built into the mountain and had amazing views of Formia, Old Gaeta, and the sea. The garden area was well maintained and the flowers were beautiful. My family and I spent many hours swimming and sunning by the large, private pool. The home was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in Formia, Old Gaeta, and Serapo beach and most importantly, only a few minutes to the Formia-Gaeta train station. Finally, the host was absolutely amazing and extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay and Accomodations

We are a family of 6 adults. Three separate rooms with own access and washrooms was a plus. Air conditioning was strong particularly as it was very hot during our weeks’ stay. The grounds, views and pool are beautiful true to the photos advertised. Finding the location was a bit tricky; however photos shared on how to get there assisted greatly. Communication with host was very accessible as needed. You do need a car. Closest beach is about 8 min car drive: however close drive (under 15 min) to other beautiful beaches. Grocery store within a 5 min drive. Thank you Domenico, as you were a great host and Nano for your assistance.

Piece of absolute heaven!!!

Weve just returned from 5 amazing days here and cannot recommend it highly enough - the rooms had everything you needed, the pool was great and the location/view oustanding! The family who run it are also incredibly friendly and helpful for any questions you may have. Having a hire car would be a bonus - as some great area to explore nearby and in the summer the heat would make it hard to walk far. But good beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and towns just a few minutes drive away. Couple of bits that were mini suprises on arrival for us so may be worth sharing for others - were thought it was a villa (rather than seperate apartments - so no indoor shared living space but actually worked excellently for our group) and the road up to the property is quite bendy and small (not one for nervous drivers but again, once used to it not an issue) Neither of these would stop us recommending- its a very special property in a unique location, perfect for a family getaway! Will definitely be back

Fantastische Erholung mit Traumblick

Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage in Formia! Vom ersten Augenblick hat uns der sensationelle Ausblick aufs Meer, der Pool und die Ruhe an einem Berg begeistert. Einfach und geschmackvoll eingerichtete drei Zimmer, zwei mit einer Kichenette, die man kaum benötigt, weil es eine schöne Outdoor-Küche gibt. Der bereits erwähnte Zug, der ab und zu etwas unterhalb des Berges fährt, stört überhaupt nicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit und viele schöne Ziele zum Besichtigen. Auch genügend Strände zum entdecken. Eine Oase in Formia! Danke Massimo, Maria und Iole! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
