The villa consists of three apartments, is located within its own private park, private parking and free WIFI. The beach is 50 meters from the Villa. At the beach in three minutes, restaurants and entertainment venues in the immediate vicinity, adjacent to the seafront, but at the same time in a quiet, private and shaded position, thanks to the marine pines of the private park that frame the area. 15 minutes from Formia, 20 minutes from Gaeta, 35 minutes A1 exit Cassino and Abbey of Montecassino, 85 Km Rome-Fiumicino, 60 Km. Naples, easily reachable by train. Nearby Monuments of great interest. Tourist tax to be paid locally
