The Sabbia apartment, is an enchanting location directly on the sandy beach of Capo d’Orlando.



It has the great advantage of having private and direct access to the free beach. This represents a very great and exclusive value, which very few apartments in the city can boast of having.



The feature that makes it unique is a comfortable and spacious terrace facing the sea and furnished with a table and sofas, entirely covered by a pine wood roof where you can admire beautiful sunsets and the fabulous Aeolian Islands.



The Sabbia apartment is the best choice for families with children and / or groups up to 5/6 people. Located on the first floor of a modern new building 4 minutes drive from the city center, it has air-conditioned and outside areas, including a laundry area.



THE KITCHEN



Composed of a very airy and bright kitchen fully equipped and directly connected to the terrace, it is possible to cook and get excited admiring the colors of the sea. The elegantly furnished living area, in addition to being equipped with TV and books for adults and children, is equipped with a comfortable sofa that can accommodate 1 or 2 children if necessary.



ROOMS



The corridor leads to the sleeping area where there is a romantic and bright double bedroom with a large balcony. The second bedroom is dedicated to the little ones, with a safe and fun bunk bed and lots of toys for the joy of your children.



THE BATHROOM



The colorful bathroom has a pleasant rain shower with rain effect and double jet.
