Excellent holiday

This is a beautiful property with plenty of outdoor seating and space for the whole family. The pool was perfect in the hot weather. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. Fernando and Carmen were attentive and very quick to help with any problems or questions we had. Would recommend!

Villa Carmen

Beautiful property embedded in a large orchard with mangoes, papayas, lemons, oranges and grapefruit. Very quiet, with beautiful views from an amazing conservatory of the surrounding mountainside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Great place if you want to relax in peace and quiet.

Stunning location

Spotlessly clean inside and out, very homely, great owners who welcomed us to our ‘home’ for next two weeks. Fabulous to have fresh ripe mangoes and other fruits picked by the gardener/owner for us. The chickens were very friendly, the cockerels were noisy and start early in the morning. The road and drive up to the house was interesting and scary. Overall lovely place to unwind and fabulous pool.

Beautiful Villa for peace and tranquility

This was our first time to Gran Canaria and this villa did not disappoint. The agent was very easy to deal with during the whole process. The owners are a lovely family who made us feel very welcome. The villa is just beautiful. Spacious, clean and well equiped. The pool is superb. Private and large so you can have a good swim. The gardens are very pretty anf full of fruit which we enjoyed for breakfast everyday. The view is also good The air conditioning was also vital in 40+ tempretures! The villa is located 9k in from the main GC1 route so you are only 10 minutes drive away from supermarkets and restaurants. There are plenty of places to visit but we like Peurto de Mogan the best for its prettiness, restaurants, beach and harbour. A car is essential by the way. We would love to return again soon. It was so relaxing and restful.

Lovely Property & owners

This is a beautifully presented property, spotlessly clean and very accommodating owners. My only negative comments would be: The bed in the master is extremely hard, but I guess that's personal preference. The bath just doesn't fill, there simply isn't enough water pressure. It really is time for a new tap to be installed on the basin in the main bathroom. There is no lighting near the BBQ or pool which is a shame. Other than that, like I said earlier, it is a beautiful property that is very well equipped.

Beautiful house with amazing grounds: pool, lounge chairs, indoor seating, fruit trees. Fernando and Carmen were amazing hosts. They left some fruit in the kitchen for us to help ourselves to. When we had any problems they were very quick to sort them out for us. Fernando even came by to see if we needed anything from the shops! The house is secluded and safe with amazing views. There wasn't anything the hosts could do to improve our stay. It was perfect. However, the house is fairly remote. In our research we saw a bus stop only a 7-minute walk from the house. As we prefer to take public transport we thought this was ideal. BE WARNED: The bus only comes once a day at 7am! So we had to take taxis everywhere which proved to be frustrating as were are 6 of us. My husband spent far too much time trying to cajole the taxi companies into coming to collect us.

Idyllisch und sehr schön!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Objekt für Menschen, die Ruhe genießen, aber auch in ca. einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit am wohl schönsten Strand von Gran Canaria sein können. Die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter klappten einwandfrei- diverses Obst wurde für uns frisch gepflückt Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Tolles sehr sehr sauberes Haus. Garten und Pool ein Traum. Strände sind in gut 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufszentrum El tablero liegt direkt an der Autobahn vom Flughafen zum Haus und ist empfehlenswert

Eine schöne Finca mit riesigem Pool

Wir, mein Mann, ich und unsere 13-jährige Tochter, haben zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt absolut ruhig in den Bergen und man hat im Haus alles, was man braucht. Auf dem Grundstück wachsen Mangos, Bananen, Papayas, Zitronen, Avocados.. sogar Litschis haben wir pflücken können. Die Granatäpfel waren noch nicht reif… schade. Jeden Tag haben wir uns das ein oder andere Ei von den hofeigenen Hühnern geholt, frischer geht es kaum!! Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Zum Schluss ein ganz großes Daumen-Hoch für den wirklich tollen Pool. So einen großen Pool hat man selten und dann auch noch für sich ganz allein. Die letzten Meter zur Finca sind etwas steil und eng, aber nach ein/zweimal hat man den Dreh raus. Lieben Dank für Alles, wir haben uns prima erholt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Carmen. Sie liegt wunderschön in den Hügeln, umgeben von einer Mango Plantage. Es nicht weit zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen. Der deutschsprachige Vermieter kümmert sich um alles und ist immer erreichbar. Bei Problemen wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vues incroyables!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à la Villa Carmen. Nous avons été bien accueilli pour une visite de la propriété. Celle-ci est énorme et située dans un décor sublime!! Elle se trouve dans le fond d'un ravin (Barranco Arguineguin) et les vues sont spectaculaires! La villa est vieille mais, très propre et bien entretenue. Le point fort de la propriété est évidemment les espaces extérieurs avec les différents balcons, terrasses, plantation d'arbres fruitiers et LA piscine. Wow cette piscine est gigantesque!! Merci à nos hôtes, je recommande cette propriété à tous!!!
