Great villa! We enjoyed the place a lot. Quite close to beautiful beach and good area. Tatiana is very helpful and responds within 10 min to any question. Cheked out on Nov 6, 2022 Slight issues with hot water and light but it didn’t affect our stay.

Good base for exploring Lisbon and surroundings. Organization is responsive and helpful in case of problems. Accommodation can use some maintenance at some points, especially kitchen and bathrooms, but also furniture, beds are quite hard. Pool and garden are well maintained. We had a good time. 11/05/24

Nice stay in Corroios

We had a nice stay in this spacious villa that had a lovely and well maintained garden with a fine swimming pool. The villa was big enough to accommodate seven people comfortably and still some extra space was left. All of our questions were answered immediatly and the communication with the owners was nice and friendly. Our vacation was at one the hottest weeks in the summer so we missed the air conditioning quite a lot. Other than that the overall experience was good and we had a great vacation in sunny Portugal!

We stayed in this villa 31/6/22 till 7/7/22. When we booked the villa we knew it wasn’t a modern property However… The outside space is great, however when we got there we had to complain as the grass hadn’t been cut and the only umbrella within the property wasn’t working.(Only shade) Someone did come out and cut the grass which made it a lot better, they said they would replace the base and umbrella but the shop only had 1 and it was broken they couldn’t replace it correctly. we managed to fix it ourselves by using candle wax, I don’t think we should of had to do this as we paid a considerable amount of money for this property. Also all up the drive way there are lots of low cut rose bushes which makes it difficult to get into the car with little ones. As a result one of the adults sliced his foot slipping off the driveway and cause injury. There was only a 1 table outside for 6 and a 1 table for 2, this made it difficult to have food outside, would be much better to have a bigger table or another table which seats another 6. As this villa is for more than 6 people. The main room was a nice size, a bit outdated but ok. The bedrooms again were ok but could be better. The bathrooms need updating, all the showers in the villa you have to hold to have a shower, Even if they just put hooks up so you hook up the shower, wouldn’t cost a lot but would make it more pleasant. The kitchen was the worse room of it all and everyone was so dissatisfied. It was all dirty so we had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the surfaces and the draws as it was sticky and not pleasant. There was no cleaning products on the property not even the basics, actually to be fair there was some dishwasher tablets. We had to buy everything else, no basics at all. Even when it came to glass ware, we had to go out and buy some glasses (which we took) you can’t open the freezer without opening the fridge as they get stuck together. All barstools were all broken, the swinging doors where dangerous nearly knocked out a child we had to use a curtain rope and wrap it around the door to keep 1 open so the kids could walk through. No hoover, only small broom, all floors tiled need to clean up ……. Bare minimum in the kitchen there needs to be more in a house of that size to prepare food. There was enough plates, bowls. Overall we were very disappointed it’s such a shame with a little money spent the property could be amazing. Missing a trick.

La maison est belle et grande , très grande même ( plus que les photos ) ,avec un beau jardin , au calme et en fin de rue qui est une impasse , le calme est donc au rendez-vous . Tout est en place avec les 4 chambres et l immense salon pour un bon séjour en groupe . Le secteur est pavillonnaire mais vous avez à quelques minutes en voiture une boulangerie et des commerces ou à moins de 10 mn en voiture des grandes Surfaces ( Lidl ou Aldi ). La maison est en gestion via Allure Villas , le suivi , les échanges et les retours sont un plus et les retours ont été bon et rapide , notamment pour une fenêtre que nous n'arrivions pas à ouvrir ( intervention le lendemain de technicien ) La prise en charge des clés ( aller et retour ) se gère très facilement . Indication à connaitre comme Allure Villas est un gestionnaire de Villas, vous devrez remplir un document obligatoire avec les coordonnées de tous les voyageurs ( nom , prénom et numéro de papier d'identité ) Pour résumé , la maison est très bien , grande , agréable , dans un quartier calme et possède un beau jardin et une belle piscine , elle vraiment nickel , dommage que nous ayons eu ce soucis d humidité, Cordialement , Cordialement , Seul vrai bémol , durant notre séjour : la maison avait une humidité importante ( surement le manque d aération ) et une salle de bain ( la 1ere chambre ) était plus humide car sans accès à l'ouverture de fenêtre , c'est la raison pour laquelle nous avions fait la demande durant notre séjour , l'ouverture à pu se faire dès le lendemain .

Crazy Holiday at Portugal 2021

Tout s'est superbement bien passé. Le lieu était excellent. Le bémol est lié au fait que les meubles sont fort anciens et qu'avec ma famille , lorsque par exemple on allait s'asseoir sur un tabouret, il s'est cassé super facilement, de même avec le lit en bois . Sinon, tout était parfait , nous avons une grande famille et tout le monde était content au point de vouloir revenir le plus rapidement possible . Merci à vous pour cette expérience Je recommanderai certainement
