Nice, big house with all amenities

This house is perfectly situated, within 45 minutes from Lisbon and equally convenient for excursions to relevant attractions in Setúbal. The house is very spacious and with all amenities for a great vacation. Great vacation tips from Joana completed our great week. Highly recommended!

Maison avec beaucoup d’atouts

Notre séjour a duré une semaine. A notre arrivée, nous étions enchantés par le jardin sa piscine et l’espace de la maison. Une rénovation a été commencée et certaines prestations sont mises en avant tel que télévision dans toutes les chambres sèches cheveux dans les salles de bain. Peinture refaite à l’intérieur de la maison. Mais il reste beaucoup de choses à faire en urgences. Certains matelas ont été changés mais restent sans protections et d’autres comme celui de la chambre côté cuisine est inacceptable (tâches) ! Des carreaux de la piscine sont manquants et coupants. Les salles de bains à refaire. Des odeurs remontent de ces dernières. Sincèrement encore un petit effort pour obtenir une très belle prestation.

Schöne Villa

Schöne Villa wie beschrieben. Weg zum nächsten Strand mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Viel Platz durch viele Schlaf- und Badezimmer.

Great outdoor space

10 of us stayed at this villa in August 1019. First the positives - the outdoor space is brilliant with plenty of sun loungers and eating areas as well as a BBQ and pizza oven. The inside of the villa looked tired and dated and needs money spending on it. The bedroom that we had was bland and the bed was really uncomfortable and creaked really badly, this was also the case in other bedrooms. The neighbourhood was awash with barking dogs which not only disturbed our sleep but also disturbed our sunbathing throughout the day. The area that the villa was in was very Portuguesas, which you could argue would be great but it wasn’t! There was no nice places to eat or nice places to visit close by ! The nearest beach was nice once you were actually on it but to get to it you had to either part in what could only be described as a shanty town or at the side of the road on top of the hill some 250 steps up from the beach !
