This contemporary style 5 bedroom villa, with airconditioning, inside a large resort near Lisboa, has a nice pool which can be optionally heated, overlooks the golf fairway and is near fantastic beaches is an ideal place for family and friends holidays.
It has a great barbeque area next to the outside dining area.
Parking for 3 cars inside the villa and an additional 3 in front of the villa.
The villa has a large games salon with a ping-pong table to keep the family and friends active during their holidays.

Brilliant stay

Loved our stay - the villa is even better in person. There were 9 of us and the villa had ample space for us all and enough seats and sun loungers and crockery. Luis was a superb host and was on hand for all questions. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience with Spouse and Friends

If you’re looking for accommodation for a large group, this is it! The host (Luis) was fantastic, was always available for whatever questions we had for him and even allowed us to check in early. He was always happy to give us recommendations and was extremely friendly throughout. Couldn’t have asked much more from a host. The villa is a perfect spot for a relaxing week for a large group. The location of the villa is a short 5 minute drive away from the incredible beach and a 5 minute walk from a couple of restaurants and stores. It’s also conveniently located on a golf course so if you’re looking to get a round of golf in then you’re in luck. Overall a great experience and we hope to be back at some point in the future!

Superb Holiday

We had a lovely time in a beautiful villa. Luis and his team were always on hand to ensure the stay was problem free and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this property without any hesitation.

Vacances en famille

Belle situation dans le golf avec une piscine privée superbe. Le gestionnaire Luis était aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. La maison est à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage "FONTE DA TELHA" avec ses bars et restaurants sympas. Des grandes surfaces à proximité et de très bons petits commerces au village de Marisol avec un service top.

Ruhiger und privater Urlaub

Die Buchung über das Potal und die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter liefen reibungslos. Alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden rasch und perfekt beantwortet. Der Verwalter Luis Diaz begrüßte uns bei unserer Ankunft im Haus und zeigte uns alles nötige. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten einer Golfanlage. Der Lage aber sicherlich auch der Nebensaison geschuldet, war es absolut ruhig. Die Kinder haben den ganzen Tag im beheizten Pool (ca. 9x4 Meter) gespielt, das war wirklich ein Luxus! Drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad liegen im Erdgeschoss in einem separaten Teil. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer ist im Wohnzimmer integriert, ein nächstes im Kellergeschoss. Alle Fenster sind Rollladen zu verschließen, das hat uns nachts ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten gut zu erreichen, wir haben meistens selber gekocht, in der gut eingerichteten Küche bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Luis Diaz, hat sich sehr gut gekümmert, wann immer wir Fragen haben oder Hilfe gebraucht haben, war er sofort da. Auch gab er uns eine E-Mail mit persönlichen Empfehlungen bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Stränden. Grundsätzlich hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Infrastruktur in der Nähe gewünscht, dass ist dort wirklich nicht der Fall. Wir waren zwei Tage in Lissabon, eine tolle Stadt, etwa 30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Grundsätzliche Idee: Luis Diaz betreut jede Menge Häuser in diesem Gebiet. Wenn man ihm schreibt, welche Anforderungen der eigene Traum Urlaub unbedingt beinhalten muss, findet er mit Sicherheit das richtige Domizil.

Nous avons loué cette maison 2 semaines avec des amis. D'un excellent standing, cette maison a tout pour plaire... et les rares difficultés rencontrées ont été réglées rapidement et efficacement par le gérant.
