This lovely modern luxurious villa, favours open spaces and has lots of sunlight all over the house, It is located just 4 minutes walk from the resort's shopping area.

Aroeira Sea & Golf Resort is the largest golf resort in the Lisbon region, with 350 hectares, thousands of pine trees and 13 lakes,

Aroeira has 2 championship golf courses with full 18 holes, a golf school, a cozy club house with restaurant, snack bar, bar and golf shop, tennis and paddle courts, playground.

The resort is fully enclosed with concierge and even though in a very relaxed peaceful area, it has permanent 24 hour security.

These features make Aroeira the place of choice for family and friends holidays where the practice of golf, beach, scuba diving, private pool, tennis and paddle, trekking, biking, leisure and contact with nature does not prevent, by proximity, the enjoyment of a beautiful Capital full of day and night life.

Week long retreat

This was a beautiful house with plenty of space to spread out. Very easy access to the beach as well as Lisbon city center. We rented a car, but at times, used Uber as well. Luis was very helpful as a host.

Great place to stay out of the Frey, but close to everything you need.

We met our host Luis to check in on time and without any issues. Luis did a thoughtful and thorough walk thru with us and explained everything including suggestions for places to go eat, play, shop etc. the beach is a 5 minute Bolt ride and has shops and restaurants and cabana as for rent. There are two golf courses and a community pool to take advantage of. The house pool was a plus, it was too cold to use, but pretty to look at. The home is large, well appointed and located in a beautiful gated community. The property does feel a little tired, could use a fresh up, but it was well kept and beautiful .Everything worked and it had everything you could need. We did need to call Luis a couple times and as a host, he was amazing. Always answered the phone and followed up. Overall a 10/10 and our family really enjoyed our stay. Side note, after being in the city and dealing with parking, the driveway parking was a welcome addition to our stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back!

Great stay!

Heerlijk verblijf in de vila. Mooi huis fantastisch zwembad en zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Je komt er goed tot rust. Lissabon is met een Uber goed te bereiken. De badkamers zijn wat verouderd en de keuken mist snijplanken maar we komen terug!

Tranquille et bien situé

Très beau logement et très bien équipé. L’interlocuteur sur place est très disponible en cas de demande. Piscine très bien entretenue et de taille conséquente. Assez proche de la plage (5 mon en voiture ou 40 min à pied) et à 25-30 minutes du centre de Lisbonne : une situation optimale !

Large Villa Good Accommodation

Large villa with all the required facilities. Bedrooms plenty big enough, along with plenty of accompanying bathrooms. Lounge area has numerous seating areas provided, and the kitchen can accommodate up to eight if required. The outside area has enough space for all to sunbathe, and the pool is fine as long as the sun has warmed it up adequately (unfortunately we were there when the sun wasn't doing its job every day). The surrounding area is still undergoing development in a couple of places, so the local roads are not to the standard you might expect, but this does keep the very small amount of local traffic down to a very slow speed. Luis was very responsive to issues, which included during our time: driveway gate remote control needing new battery and air conditioning needing top-up - handled via email and phone calls within 24 hours. Local amenities are very good, including restaurant and grocery store withing pleasant walking distance (although note comment on roads above), plus the golf courses and tennis availability. A larger Aldi store is also a short walk or car ride away. Plenty of beaches and restaurants within a short car ride (Luis will provide numerous recommendations), and Lisbon central is just a 20-30 mins car ride north, or cheap taxi ride. In summary, a very large villa with all the amenities needed, easy access to beaches and city, and Luis provides an excellent responsive service to any issues.
