Located in a peaceful village - Azóia, near the nature's raw beauty of Espichel cape, Villa da Foz stands on a high point, from where you can see the immense Atlantic.



The beaches of Baleeira and Bicas are a short drive away, and in the surrounding area, there are several trails to explore for outdoor enthusiasts.

Beautiful property with all conveniences in lovely location. Spectacular views and easy access to sandy beaches, bustling town of Sesimbra and 50 minutes from Lisbon (although we took boat from Seixal).

The house is remote. You’re a 20-50 minute drive to anywhere. This is a good and bad thing. Just plan ahead for groceries or dinner. Very quiet area. Very breezy from the ocean. The pool is more of a plunge than actual swimming, but will cool you off. Great service from the Villa folks. Great value overall. Would def stay there again.

The view is very beautiful at sunset. Equipment and decoration is great. In the house there are only mirrors in the bathrooms. That's not enough for many people.️

The spectacular view and the outdoor grill were just great. Kitchen equipment and furniture in- and outside perfect for 6. Very calm environment. Service was excellent and very helpful. Pool was very well maintained but would need a cover for the night to keep temperature. The villa would need a thorough cleaning though.

This villa is an absolute hidden gem. The moment we arrived, our jaws dropped at the stunning views of the Atlantic — peaceful, endless ocean right from the garden. It was the kind of view that instantly melts stress away. The location was perfect — serene and private, but just 15 minutes to the heart of Sesimbra, where we enjoyed amazing restaurants, beach days, and lively bars. Ubers were easy and cheap, even with our large group. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with lovely spots to eat, relax, and soak up the sun. The pool and garden were a hit with kids and adults alike — plenty of room to unwind. A big thank you to Marina, the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for tranquility, views, and easy access to everything Sesimbra has to offer, this place is for you. We made unforgettable memories here and would love to return! 19/07/25

The master bedroom is large and the four other bedrooms are adequate in size. The pool is not large, but it is deep enough throughout to swim from end to end. Outdoor dinning by the pool is nice for 6 to 8 people and the nearby charcoal grill functions well. The kitchen is very well stocked with implements but is narrow and has very little shelf space. The refrigerator is small and quite basic – a second refrigerator would make a big difference. There is one bathroom in the master bedroom and one for the other three bedrooms. There is a third bathroom next to the pool.

The views are amazing! The living room deserves an 11 for its floor to ceiling windows which give it a very sunny and airy feel and shows off the spectacular views towards the ocean. The master bedroom is large and the four other bedrooms are adequate in size. The pool is not large, but it is deep enough throughout to swim from end to end. La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée pour les deux familles que nous étions. Nous étions 10 (5 couples), tout le monde n'a pas eu de lit double mais c'était prévu donc pas de mauvaise surprise. Je pense qu'il ne faut pas être plus de 3 couples (+ 2 à 3 enfants) pour être confortable dans la maison. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison (tables assez grande, transat en nombre suffisant, grands parasols), même si un deuxième frigo dans la cuisine d'été n'aurait pas été de trop pour stocker les poissons et viandes à mettre au BBQ. Les lits doubles sont confortables. Belle vue sur la mer et Lisbonne au loin. Je recommande Nicolas

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Why they chose this property

The villa is located 44 km away from Lisbon, 12 km from Sesimbra where you can find a reasonable range of shops, a bakery, a butcher, a bank, a post office, supermarkets and for those who like to cook their own fish/seafood, and fish markets.
The region has excellent wine cellars that you can visit. Wine, cheese and the small Swiss rolls (tortas) are the region specialties.
Sesimbra, the closest city, is famous for fish and shellfish restaurants.
Praia da Foz is 2 km away, Sesimbra and Praia do Meco beaches are 5 -10 minutes away by car. Surfing is popular nearby “Praia das Bicas” in Meco.
For diving, Portinho de Arrábida and Sesimbra beaches have some of the most interesting diving in Portugal. Sailing, windsurfing and canoeing can also be enjoyed nearby.
For golfers there are 4 recommended championship golf courses:
Quinta do Peru (23 km), Aroeira (30 km), Montado (20 km) and Tróia (20 km).
For horse riding lovers, there is a large offer of equestrian facilities:
