Beautiful Vila Near Beach

Beautiful villa with great pool in the excellent Aroeira Sea and Golf resort, just 25 minutes drive from Lisbon city center, next to the wonderful golden sandy beaches of Fonte da Telha, with many fantastic beach bars and restaurants just 20 minutes walk from the villa, dedicated host always available when needed, highly recommended.

Amazing Villa We've been so impressed with the villa — it's even more beautiful than the photos on the website\!We're particularly enjoyed the lovely pool, the barbecue area, and the spacious outdoor dining area, which comfortably seats 10 people.We decided not to rent a car and have found Uber to be a very convenient, readily available and affordable option for getting to the beaches, the supermarket, Lisbon, and other attractions. The younger members of our group walked to the first beach, which is about a 15-20 minute stroll. The parents rented electrical bicycles through a local partner who delivers them to the villa to go to the beach, and the seniors found Uber to be the best choice at around 4 (about 1 per person for a group of four) to go to the beach. We had a lovely time and would absolutely recommend this villa!

The property was perfect for our family of 9 which included 3 generations. Having a ground floor bedroom was a big help. We were concerned about there being no aircon, but even though there were temperatures of 35 degrees, it really wasn't needed. The house has adequate shade where needed and thick curtains to keep out the heat in the day. The pool is a great size and very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and everything was found to be in working order. Luis was very good at communicating and very responsive. We had no issues when staying a the property. had hired cars, but rarely used them as the UBER services are so good in Portugal. The main use for them was going to one of the 3 local supermarkets ( Aldi, Lidl or Pingo). There is a little deli on the site but it only has essentials and luxuries / gifts. The Lagoon pool that belongs to the golf resort looked like it was no longer in use, but we were happy with the pool and the beach. We took the car to the beach, parking spaces are limited so UBER can be useful for this too. The beach is great with lots of little cafes all the way along. It's a very clean sandy beach. Our children did a surf lesson there. Day trips to Lisbon are so easy and were great fun. We took UBER rather than trying to navigate the traffic and parking. My husband loved the golf course and putting range.The hotel restaurant is also very nice quality food.

We chose this villa for our family reunion; we had 9 adults and 2 kids in our party and property was big enough for all of us. Villa was very clean, had fully equipped kitchen, good quality linens and towels... Luis was very helpful and responsive to all of our requests whether it was kitchen towels and baby chair or recommendations for local restaurants/beaches. Villa is located couple kilometers from Aldi grocery store; it was pretty well stocked and had everything we could possibly need (except for fresh fish which we bought from the local fishermen at the beach). Lisbon might be 25 kilometers away but it takes about 40 minutes to 1.5 hour to get to and from depending on the time of the day (and number of roundabouts but it is a different story :)). The only negative comment we have was proximity to the beach... Villa probably truly is 600 meters from the beach (if you can fly or jump over the cliff) however it takes at least 25 minutes to walk to it (and it is if you know a shortcut!). The younger and more athletic members of our family had no problem walking/biking to and from the beach however grandparents and the baby had to be driven there considering number of stairs it takes to reach the beach and the actual distance... Other than that we really enjoyed our stay; would definitely consider coming back. Thank you, Luis, for making our vacation so memorable and issue-free!

I am very happy knowing that you and your family really enjoyed your summer holidays at my villa. I totally agree that to go to Lisbon it can take longer than expected if you drive through the local town especially if you get lost on the roundabouts. :-) However, if you take the highway near the resort all the way to Lisbon it shouldn´t take more than 30 minutes. :-) Truly looking forward to see you and your very lovely family again soon !

Un villa magnifique dans une résidence sécurisée qui a fait bien des envieux chez nos amis. L'équipement intérieur au top, l'extérieur splendide avec un très beau jardin et surtout une magnifique piscine, sans oublié la table de ping-pong pour des parties en famille!!! Mr Dias est un propriétaire à l'écoute des besoins de ses clients et n'a jamais fait intrusion dans la propriété (comme indiqué dans un commentaire précédent). Je recommande à 10000% Ce fut un séjour fantastique en famille, après 2 ans sans pouvoir voir nos parents à cause du Covid.

La villa est très belle et la piscine très agréable. Ce qu’il est appréciable c’est qu’il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. La résidence est sécurisée et on s’y sent bien. Le couple de propriétaires est adorable et très serviable. N’hésitez pas à les contacter si vous avez besoin. Les seuls points faibles: - L’état de la hotte et le fait que deux plaques de cuissons sur quatre fonctionnent, Quand on séjourne à plusieurs c’est rapidement gênant. - L’état vétuste des équipements de la baignoire (suite parentale) - Le propriétaire n’hésite pas à rentrer dans la villa quand vous êtes absents pour déplacer votre matériel qui se trouve sur la pelouse. Nous avons été très étonné qu’il rentre comme cela et qu’il déplace ce qu’il veut. Pour autant je recommande cette location

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires et votre évaluation : Cependant, j'ai été vraiment surpris et triste que, pour la première fois en plus de 12 ans, quelqu'un ne donne que 3 étoiles à ma villa, alors que plus de 90 % de tous les vacanciers ont donné 5 étoiles et quelques-uns ont donné 4 étoiles, mais aucun n'a jamais donné seulement 3 étoiles. Je sais que vous étiez contrarié parce que les voisins se sont plaints vigoureusement et ont menacé d'appeler la police au sujet des fêtes et de la musique extrêmement forte que vous jouiez dans le jardin près de la piscine pendant la journée et jusqu'à des heures très tardives la nuit. Aroeira Beach and Golf Resort est un complexe de luxe, calme et détendu, et il est totalement interdit de faire du bruit entre 23 heures et 7 heures du matin, comme indiqué dans les conditions générales du contrat de location. En ce qui concerne vos commentaires, les suivants : - Sur les 4 plaques de cuisson, la plus petite plaque avait l'injecteur de gaz bloqué car il y avait un débordement accidentel pendant votre séjour. L'injecteur de gaz a déjà été débloqué et est pleinement opérationnel. - En ce qui concerne l'équipement du bain, j'ai été surpris par votre commentaire car il est plutôt récent. Néanmoins, je demanderai au responsable de l'entretien de vérifier s'il y a des équipements qui auraient pu être cassés ou endommagés pendant les séjours et qui doivent être réparés ou remplacés. - L'équipement que vous avez mentionné (la piscine gonflable pour bébé) dans le jardin a été déplacé par le jardinier pendant votre absence afin qu'il puisse couper l'herbe, comme indiqué dans les conditions générales du contrat de location. J'espère que la prochaine fois, vous donnerez 5 étoiles à ma villa car c'est "la norme" et non "l'exception". Je vous remercie !

Belle villa propre, confortable et idéalement située. Beautiful Villa

We stayed at the villa for 10 days. It was an amazing holiday. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed - didn't need to go out anywhere other than to get groceries from a nearby Aldi. Luis the owner is lovely and extremely helpful - without his help the holiday wouldn't have been a possibility for us. The onsite restaurant has very friendly staff and beautiful food, i think we ate there 5 evenings! I will definitely be booking again 🙂

Tolle Villa mit schönem Pool

Wie waren mit zwei Familien in der Villa, vier Erwachsene und fünf Kinder im Alter von 4-11 Jahren. Luis Dias war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas gefehlt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe villa pour de très bonnes vacances. La maison est très propre très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue, de la piscine de la table de pong pong. Luis est quelqu'un de très sympathique et serviable. Aucun problème de vol à signalé que mentionné le commentaire plus bas. Dommage que la météo n'est pas été parfaite toute la semaine ! Wonderful villa with a fantastic pool

Had a great holiday. Villa was very clean and spacious with a lovely big pool and loads of sunbeds. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but the five of us found it very easy, and inexpensive to get around by Uber. To the beach, the supermarket, to Cacilhas for the ferry to Lisbon and even to Sintra. So although the resort is quite far out of Lisbon you don't need a car. We had a fantastic week with long days packed with sightseeing followed by lazy days, with cocktails by the pool.
