We present your “Holiday Home”. A beautiful three-room apartment in a modern and elegant Residence, located in the city center in a quiet street just off the seafront, which becomes pedestrian in the evening, only 20 meters from the beach.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one double and one twin with two separate single beds, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, and a bright living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, 3 air conditioners and 2 32" TVs.
Outside, you will find a balcony on the seaside and a large terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy fresh dinners during warm summer evenings.
The Residence offers all comforts, is family-oriented and has been run by our family for three generations. We provide many services: fiber Wi-Fi throughout the property, 1 parking space per apartment in a covered garage 350 meters away, bed and bathroom linen (towels changed twice a week and bed linen once a week), bicycles with child seats, and for children: baby cots with mattress and linen, high chairs, bed rails, baby bath, potty, feeding sets and reclining strollers available for the entire stay. Agreements with beach clubs and restaurants are also available.
