Very nice refurbished apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 complete kitchen and cozy and comfortable seating and relaxing area, located inside the old town near the Dalt Vila entrance in a very nice and sunny street, with an amazing terrace in an historical building, which respects its façade and all its details, even having recovered and traited part of its historical floors as “flooring carpets”. Live in an apartment which transmits all the history of the old Ibiza with all modern and new comforts.

This place was incredible. Top floor with a great balcony. Location was perfect - right in the middle of plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. Taxi stand just down the street if you are trying to get to the other side of the island. Apartment was modern with a large living room to host. Alex was very easy to get ahold of and was hospitable above the norm. I highly recommend this location. Will stay here again next trip!

Overall this is a &#39high end' apartment, brand new, situated exactly in the best location in to

Completely refurbished to a very high standard. All fittings and appliances brand new. Location is exactly where you need to be in Ibiza old town. Great outdoor terrace with view up to the Dalt Vila. 3 toilet rooms available. Very good and quiet air conditioning. Alex our host very welcoming.
