It has a very good location, very close to the beach (50m) and with unforgettable views over the sea. It has a large terrace and chill out garden with views, equipped with outdoor furniture to eat, relax, read and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. with a goor PRIVACY.

The kitchen, complete in electrical appliances and modern ambience, contrasts with the classic air of the typical Ibicencan house. The living room, with air conditioning and WI-FI, incorporates classic Ibicencan furniture, built-in shelves and solid wood table and chairs. A whole set that combines comfort with the greatest island atmosphere.

Two recently furnished bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with a fresh and relaxing marine decoration. The other room, with two single beds in white stripped wood with a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.

The terrace has a surface area of 36 m2 which is included in the specification of the total surface area of the house. The garden area has recently been renovated. Allow yourself some RELAX time in the shade of a pergola in a Mediterranean garden atmosphere, facing the sea and with great PRIVACY.

Outstanding location

Lovely house in an outstanding location close to the beach and restaurants. Described as Charming House it definitely is and provides the privacy whilst giving you lovely views to the cove. All amenities worked including air con, cooker, shower etc would recommend to friends and family.

very cozy little house overlooking Cala Valleda

Es Vaporet was just what we were looking for. a litlte house, a terrace, a view, peace, beach restaurants nearby. bboth the owner and the local staff (Maria) were very kind in assisting us. A truly charming experience.

Great location

The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay.

Incredible location and gorgeous house with everything you need.

We have just returned from a week at Marc's property in Ibiza and I think its fair to say that it surpassed all our expectations with the crowning glory being the location. The views from the property were exceptional with the best sunsets we've ever seen. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and within an easy 2 minute walk of the beach, shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely brilliant time and hope to be back. Thank you so much for having us share your wonderful space.

Great location, wonderful view

The house really is only 50 meters from the beach. From the lovely terrace you can see the ocean and beach. The outdoor furniture is comfy and well maintained. The house itself is cozy and great for a couple or a family with small kids. Make sure to eat at Cana Sofia (on the beach) whilst staying there, it's by far the best restaurant on the beach. This house offers great value for money, the location is superb and the terrace a great place to spent the evening.

Didn’t want to leave!

My wife and I (and our small dog) had a magical time staying at Es Vaporet. Simone was a lovely host. The space itself has tons of outdoor space and could not be closer to the beach of Cala Vedella as well as it’s restaurants and small grocery. The short road uphill/ driveway is narrow, please tent your car accordingly. We hope to be able to return.

Lovely house, close to the beach

It is a lovely house! The house is not so big from the inside, but outside it has a great terrace with a lot of space. And you have a great view on the bay of Calla Vadella. Everything is nice and clean. You also have a privat Parking space, so you never have to search for a place to park. Calla Vadella is a beautifull bay! Lots of nice and good restaurants to eat. I would really recommend a stay in the house Es Vaporet!!

Fabulous property for a memorable holiday

The location of the villa cannot be bettered, being right on the beach and overlooking it from the lovely terrace. We swam in the crystal clear and warm waters everyday and then enjoyed a short walk to the large array of restaurants and bars in the evening. A supermarket for breakfast goods was a 500 yard stroll away each morning. We waited 2 years (because of the pandemic) for this holiday and so expectations were high and this lovely house in this beautiful town did not disappoint. Special thanks to Marc our host who was attentive and helpful at every stage and to Simone the property manager who greeted us and was on hand if we ever needed anything. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and I think we will be back!

First visit to Ibiza

Vegetation created a very private space despite being very close to the beach, but vegetation equals lots of biting insects - go prepared. Top veranda for lovely breeze with partial view of the beach. Lower patio for great sunset views: you need to like cats cause they like this space as well. Very well equipped kitchen which is vital as the few restaurants are very expensive. As the villa is almost on top of a restaurant there can be a constant smell from the extractor fans if the wind is off the sea. The villa is a great retreat from a very busy beach and its proximity meant I could stroll down to the beach before the resort was awake, swim with the bay to myself and stroll back, 5 mins villa to water's edge.

A very nice place to stay

We are still enjoying the fond memories of this wonderful house on Ibiza. We really appreciated almost everything, especially the superb views, the close beach, the Pioneer music system, the garden shower and my wife the airconditioning in the house. The whole atmosphere of the house was excellent. We had a super week. Some suggestions that I made to the owner Marc to further optimise a wonderful stay in Ibiza for other guests: - If you arrive late in the evening and cannot drink tap water, it would be very welcoming to have a bottle in the refrigerator. - Renting a big car might not be a very good idea, since the parking space (top!) is not very big. Please keep that in mind. - The double bed will be changed in the future for a bigger one, I heard from Marc. With my Dutch length 2m+, it was quite a challenge, although it was cosy... ;-) Apart from these recommendations, we can only say that we really really really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. We felt at home instantly. The owner promptly replies e-mails. We hope to stay in this house again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Zudem gibt es in der Nähe einen Spot, wo man den Sonnenuntergang richig schön sehen kann, natürlich auch mit Meerblick. Mit dem Auto war alles gut zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett.

Die 2 Terrassen auf verschiedenen Ebenen im großen Garten hatten tollen Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer.Außergewöhnlich war die vollständig und sehr modern (neuester Induktionsherd) eingerichtete Küche mit perfekten Pfannen und Töpfen.

Fijne, duidelijke contacten vooraf met eigenaar en vertegenwoordiger. Huis is niet groot maar goed uitgerust en gelegen op geweldige locatie dichtbij strand, kleine supermarkt en aantal leuke restaurantjes. Relaxte sfeer. Heerlijke buitenruimtes met prachtig uitzicht op de baai Cala Vedella. Wij hebben erg genoten en hopen dat velen na ons dat ook zullen doen in Es Vaporet :-).

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich fantastisch. Man ist zu Fuß in unter 2 Minuten am Strand an der Cala Vedella. Von der Terrasse aus blickt man herrlich aufs Meer. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber der Platz reicht für 3-4 Personen völlig aus, zumal es einen sehr großzügigen Aussenbereich gibt. Simone, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Very nice tiny house in a very nice bay

Cala Vadella is one of Ibiza's prettiest bays and this house is in a great location, just a few steps away from a great beach, a store and some fine restaurants. The pretty house has everything it needs, the spacious outdoor area with lounge and outdoor shower and great beach and sea views are ideal. Highly recommended for couples or small families. The communication with the friendly owner and the handover of the keys and briefing by the equally friendly manager Simone was perfect. Thank you. We will be back.
