It has a very good location, very close to the beach (50m) and with unforgettable views over the sea. It has a large terrace and chill out garden with views, equipped with outdoor furniture to eat, relax, read and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. with a goor PRIVACY.

The property enjoys good PRIVACY in the house and garden.
A completely renovated kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen, complete in electrical appliances and modern ambience, contrasts with the classic air of the typical Ibicencan house. The living room, with air conditioning and WI-FI, incorporates classic Ibicencan furniture, built-in shelves and solid wood table and chairs. A whole set that combines comfort with the greatest island atmosphere.

Two recently furnished bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with a fresh and relaxing marine decoration. The other room, with two single beds in white stripped wood with a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.

The terrace has a surface area of 36 m2 which is included in the specification of the total surface area of the house. The garden area has recently been renovated. Allow yourself some RELAX time in the shade of a pergola in a Mediterranean garden atmosphere, facing the sea and with great PRIVACY.

Very nice tiny house in a very nice bay

Cala Vadella is one of Ibiza's prettiest bays and this house is in a great location, just a few steps away from a great beach, a store and some fine restaurants. The pretty house has everything it needs, the spacious outdoor area with lounge and outdoor shower and great beach and sea views are ideal. Highly recommended for couples or small families. The communication with the friendly owner and the handover of the keys and briefing by the equally friendly manager Simone was perfect. Thank you. We will be back.

Beautiful little hideaway in Cala Vadella

This is a gem of a find and we were so pleased it was available. Although the house itself is small, it has a lovely large terrace and other seating area in the grounds with amazing views. The house has everything you could need (smart TV during the storm was a bonus).

Ibiza in February

Wanted a peaceful stay in Ibiza and that’s what I got….the weather was good and the villa is lovely and private with great views and lovely gardens. Pretty much everything was catered for and spotlessly clean with a good comfy bed and a great shower…parking and the road out is a lil tight so definitely no bigger than a mid size hire car Will definitely return to this beautiful part of the island and thank you for the use of your home.

Great location

The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay.

Incredible location and gorgeous house with everything you need.

We have just returned from a week at Marc's property in Ibiza and I think its fair to say that it surpassed all our expectations with the crowning glory being the location. The views from the property were exceptional with the best sunsets we've ever seen. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and within an easy 2 minute walk of the beach, shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely brilliant time and hope to be back. Thank you so much for having us share your wonderful space.

Very good location with view

We spent one week in Marc House’s. His house is very good located. The beach is only a 2 min walk. It’s perfect for a little family with 1 or 2 kids. Lots of equipment and also baby’s equipment! Very good communication for everything. I recommend.

Perfect beach house

Amazing property with breath taking views of the bay. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. House was prepared with baby gates for the outdoor patio. Great outdoor space and cozy interior. Not very big inside but the view and outdoor space definitely makes up for that! Overall great house for our family of four.
