Nice and cozy recently built house with mountain views. It has a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, living room, toilet, terrace with chill-out, pool and garden. Internet with WIFI and air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. Laundry room and outdoor parking.
The house is modern in style and is located near the home of the owners, a mother and her son. There is absolute privacy in the area and the pool is for private use by both properties, although the owners use the pool only exceptionally. The town of San José is only 500 m away, where you can find two supermarkets and several good bars and restaurants.
As it is a tourist home, you must pay the tourist tax of €2.2 per person per night upon arrival.

Wonderful, relaxing modernist house with private pool.

Superbly equipped and only a couple of minutes drive from San Josep where you can find excellent bars and restaurants. Great base from which to explore Ibiza. We've now been a couple of times and always feel so relaxed there - never want to leave! Highly recommended property - only 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Amazing Summer Getaway

This is our second visit to this Casita, and it won’t be our last. It is such a beautiful casita built on an amazing property. Gorgeous landscaping, lovely views and the perfect size casita. We enjoyed 6 nights here. It rained twice and we were able to enjoy the showers from the covered terrace overlooking the rolling hills. The owner Roger, is the nicest host you will ever meet! Perfect!

Ibiza vacation

This property is a new, modern, beautiful studio casita on the property of the owners villa. It is outfitted well with all you need in a kitchen, a nice living area, a large master bath, powder room and large closet spaces to unpack. There is a large farm door that separates the bedroom and living area. You have lovely expansive views through a wall of windows, over your private terrace to the hills. The outdoor area has a dining table, sofa, and outdoor bed. The busy street, noted in other reviews, was not an issue, but instead welcomed for it was a 2 min drive to a few restaurants and grocery. You have access to the owners pool, which is attached to the owners villa, and a short walk away. It is not a private pool, but we had it to ourselves when we swam, which we did in the morning, afternoon and evening. The owner, Roger, was very polite and professional. When we came upon an issue, he was very accommodating and made it right. I would go back to this lovely casita any time I’m in Ibiza.

Peace- superb base for a holiday

the property listed is exactly what you will find. Natalie is a wonderful house manager. The efficiency / Casita is perfect for one person or a couple. The kitchen appliances are top quality the bathrooms are fitted with amenities and upgraded fixtures. The pool is well maintained, the house is well lit at night, the property is privately gated so safety is protected. I did walk to town, to the Village, and it has small conveniences that are needed. 1 spar store and a larger Mercado that had all the foodstuffs I needed. Walking to the bus stop from the house to the Village takes about 20 minutes. I highly suggest having a car at your disposal . Although the bus line is assessable to certain parts of the island, other areas are farther away and the car is needed to explore and visit other villages Although San Jose is a small village a bit in the country, I thoroughly enjoyed coming home to it each night to sit on the porch and look at the stars. The morning provided a quiet serene setting for coffee or a morning swim. . The pool was well maintained and lovely after a hot day in the Sun. I cannot say enough about the peace, serenity, cleanliness of the property. I failed to mention, the owner has the property well-stocked with different books and magazines about every aspect of the island : from culture, music, gastronomy , fashion ,beaches, walks- every aspect of the island can be read about in the current- up to date- Library provided by the owner. Do not hesitate to contact Natalie - the house manager - with questions. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

Une charmante petite maison de vacances !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite dépendance tout équipée : 2 clim (pièce à vivre et chambre), un espace buanderie avec machine à laver + lessive et 2 étendoirs à linge, table et fer à repasser, linge de maison (serviettes de toilette, de plage, draps, torchons…), beaucoup de cintres, beaucoup d’espaces de rangement, une télé (avec Netflix, Disney+, Canal+...) et tout le nécessaire pour aller à la plage (parasol, jeux…). En fait, il y a tout sauf l’alimentaire et si vous restez plus d’une semaine, une femme de ménage vient à mi-séjour 😄 La dépendance dispose d’une terrasse quasi sans vis-à-vis avec la mer au loin. C’est très calme ! Nous avons également pu profiter de la grande piscine, les propriétaires n’y vont pas en principe lorsqu’il y a le logement est loué. Le propriétaire Roger est très gentil et discret. Quant à Nathalie qui s’occupe des locations, elle est très gentille et disponible. Nous sommes vraiment plus que satisfait et ne pouvons que recommander cette maison ! Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir à Ibiza l’an prochain et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir à la Surf House. Merci Nathalie et Roger :)

Auch unser nun bereits dritter Aufenthalt war wieder perfekt! Das Haus wird immer wieder optimiert, perfektioniert - alles ist modern, wie neu, blitzsauber, behaglich. Ruhig am Hang - aber nicht abgelegen. Professionelles, sehr angenehmes Haus-Management & sehr freundliche Vermieter. Fazit: Für 2 Personen das perfekte Refugium auf Ibiza!

We totally loved staying at Can Surf. Firstly the communication with Nathalie was excellent throughout booking and during our stay. The owner Roger was also on hand and very friendly if anything cropped up. The house has everything a couple would want and is in an excellent location 10/20 minutes drive from the west and south-west beaches. The location is beautifully remote and the views are stunning, although there is a busy road in the valley and if you’re outside on the terrace you can hear some distant traffic noises. We explored pretty much the whole island and would recommend finding local restaurants such as Sa Soca as well as the beach Chiringuitos. The supermarkets in San Josep were disappointing but the local Spar corner shop is very handy. For a supermarket shop we recommend the Mercadona just off the main road to Ibiza town about 12 mins drive from Can Surf. Parking is easy and it’s a large well stocked modern supermarket. Don’t miss Cala Tarida beach which is the most beautiful but busy beach with a great selection of restaurants etc. the sea water here was the clearest we experienced on the island. The house us really well equipped and modern and we must highly recommend it. So a big thank you from us to Nathalie and Roger for making our stay so fabulous at Can Surf. We have tried to book 2023 dates but unfortunately the property is already booked so we are reluctantly having to look elsewhere.

Ideal für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Ganz wunderbar gelegen, sehr zentral, jedoch nicht in hektischer lauter Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Die Besitzer sind vor Ort und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten trotz nicht idealem Wetter eine sehr schöne Zeit. Dankeschön!

Fantastisch verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien

Heerlijk verblijf, centraal gelegen en goed beveiligd. Woning is schoon, netjes en modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien; van compleet ingerichte keuken tot wasmachine, 2 wc's, voldoende handdoeken, etc..). Ligt op het terrein van de super aardige vlotte eigenaar, maar toch heb je alle privacy. Wij komen hier zeker vaker terug.

Zum dritten Mal waren wir nun im Can Surf. Die Casita ist modern eingerichtet, sauber, bietet eine wunderbare, naturnahe Umgebung, einen sehr gepflegten Pool zur privaten Nutzung, man kommt überall bestens hin - und wohnt doch ruhig & idyllisch. Maison idéale pour séjour au calme à Ibiza avec jeunes enfants.

La maison est très agréable, la piscine idéale, a proximité du petit village de San Josep qui est très mignon et au calme. Idéalement placée pour découvrir les plages alentours tout en étant plus au calme que sur la côte. Bref, nous avons passé des vacances parfaites avec nos 2 petites filles de moins de 3 ans.

Simply Great - the Surf House covers all you needs. Highly recommendable - Thank You!

We had a fantastic week in the Surf House. The Surf House is located close to St. Josep and with that serves as a good starting location for trips to all locations. The Villa is very clean and welcomes its guests with warm welcome words and a very nice view. The villa offers complete privacy and one is really able to enjoy the silence to the full extent. We can highly recommend the Surf House and might come back some time 😀 Thanks for everything.

Schönes Domizil für Individualisten

Sehr moderne, zugleich behagliche "Casita", perfekt für 2 Personen, gut erreichbar von der Hauptstraße nach St. Josep. Abseits aber dennoch nicht einsam. Alles in einem Top-Zustand - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag ist ein breiteres Bett, das aktuelle ist ein wenig schmal. Den zum Haupthaus gehörenden Pool hatten wir exklusiv für uns, haben wir sehr genossen. Hervorheben möchten wir den sehr freundlichen Empfang durch Nathalie, die die Vermietung perfekt managed.

Il est difficile de trouver une maison pour 2 adultes et un enfant, cette maison était parfaite! Une vue apaisante et une décoration intérieure sympa. Bien équipée, très propre. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui n’est pas chauffée (temps pluvieux et température trop basse, mois d’Avril) Nathalie est toujours disponible sur WhatsApp et nous avez préparé une bouteille de vin et des lapins en chocolat pour notre arrivée Emplacement très pratique pour découvrir l’ile, très bons restaurants à 10 min Max de voiture. Belles plages dans les environs

Ibiza - immer wieder gerne Unser Domizil lag perfekt um alles zu erreichen, war sauber und der blick ein Traum. Die Ruhe und Idylle haben uns sehr gut getan. Vom Vermieter haben wir nichts gehört und gesehen - wir waren kpl für uns alleine. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist die Insel ein Traum, nicht mehr überlaufen, kein Verkehrschaos und man bekommt in der Regel überall einen Platz - trotzdem ist es sinnvoll - gerade in den Clubs - vorzureservieren.
