Splendid property literally on the beach of Torre delle Stelle - South Sardinia, with private pool, garden with direct access to the beach, 4 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 5 bathrooms, Mediterranean garden, private parking.
Villa delle stelle can comfortably accommodate 10 people and is ideal for 8 adults and 2 children.
The Villa is located in a unique position, literally on the beach of Genn'e Mari, with white sand and turquoise sea.
The property has a private swimming pool (7X4 meters, depth 80 cm) and is composed as follows:
- Main house with 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with bunk bed (suitable for children),
bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen and large veranda with sea view.

- Mini apartment with independent entrance with double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchenette and veranda with sea view.

- Independent annex a few steps from the main house with double bed, small kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and veranda.

Villa delle Stelle is the ideal place for families with children or groups of friends,
its position on the beach allows you to enjoy a holiday in close contact with the sea in total relaxation.

The property has been designed so that each housing unit enjoys absolute privacy, in fact the main house, the mini apartment and the annexe are independent while sharing the garden and swimming pool to spend moments together enjoying the sea breeze.

For a holiday of the sea and relaxation, it is not necessary to have a car as in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the market, the fish shop, pharmacy and restaurant.
If you want to explore the area, the other beaches and visit Cagliari, a car is highly recommended.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Beschreibung hält was sie verspricht. Absolute Traumlage, gemütliche schöne Einrichtung. Wir wurden jederzeit sehr gut betreut, Roberta war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Problem bei der Zufahrt mit einem tiefliegenden Wagen, auch da wurde uns sofort und schnell geholfen. Der Strand ist in 20 Sekunden erreichbar, aber durch den wunderbaren Garten hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Das Strandcafe ist auch gut, das Wasser absolut sauber und klar. Beim Schnorcheln sind viele Fische zu sehen, das Wasser ist angenehm warm und auch der Strand absolut sauber. Wir werden wieder kommen, weil so stellen wir uns Urlaub vor. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals für die gute und absolut unkomplizierte Hilfe bei unseren Fragen und Problemen, liebe Roberta.

Unfassbar schönes Anwesen in traumhafter Lage!!

Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderschönen, traumhaften Urlaub verbringen dürfen, selbst der Regentag wurde Dank netflix gut gelaunt überstanden. Der Garten ist ein Traum, der Ausblick atemberaubend und die direkte Strandlage Luxus pur. Die Ausstattung könnte zwar etwas luxuriöser sein, so waren z.B. ein paar Gartenmöbel defekt und die Spülmaschine (Single-Größe) ist für ein Haus für 10 Personen nicht wirklich angemessen, doch haben uns diese Dinge nicht daran gehindert, unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Ganz toll und supernett war, dass wir schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit das Haus übernehmen und auch am Abreisetag ein paar Stunden verlängern durften, dafür nochmals vielen lieben Dank!!

Nice property with 3 indipendent flats. Little improvement with kitchenware required ( very few wine glasses , no plastic bags for littery ). First day ladies from house managent told us, refrigarator in kitchen is not working. After my compliants they brought us next evening new one . This was really very quick and many thanks for it ! Maybe in future some improvement with swimming pool is necessary. This swimming pool is only for little children , becase depth of water is 40-50 cm only. Summary : Very nice place with excellent garden and location just on the beach. Some small improvements required.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, Lage top - direkt am herrlichen Sandstrand. Pool ideal zum Ball spielen, es gibt sogar ein Jacuzzi. Minimarket nur 2 Minuten entfernt, genauso wie Strandbar und Restaurants. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Wonderful!

Exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The sound of the waves are a constant backdrop. We took two 3yr olds and they had the time of their lives learning to swim in the shallow pool before taking a 10 second walk down the garden path to the beautiful sandy beach. The villa is wonderfully situated - there's a very well-stocked supermarket and great pizzeria less than 5 minutes' walk away. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay with family

We stayed in this complex of 3 villas in July 2019. Alessandro from the agency was very helpful and friendly. We had comfortable stay having own private pool; large beautiful garden with direct access to the beach was a huge bonus. The dinner table outside made it a great place to enjoy dinner at night time while enjoying a great view of the sea. The only missing things were at least one safe and one oven for three properties. The photos and description of the property here reflect reality. The shop with everything you need as well as fish market are just 2 minutes walk from the villa. The beach is sandy, very comfortable for kids but busy (like most beaches in Sardinia). However, there is no need to spend time there as you have own wonderful garden with sea view just some steps from the beach.
