Place was great, area not much to hike or walk but for warm weather place to stay to take the area activities it was great. Four wheel drive needed for the winter.

Antler Crossing stay
The Antler Crossing cabin was cozy and nice in general, but really lacking on the cleanliness and any "extra" personal touches. The attempt of decorating for Christmas was a small thrown together Christmas tree and that was it! The neighbors cabins were decorated on the outside and looked very nice.
The Ceiling fans were very dusty, spider webs in the ceiling, and the cabin could use a good scrubbing in general. The lighting in the cabin is very dimly lit. The porch was so dark we had to use our cell phone flashlight to see the front door to enter the lock code, so security was a concern. Once we arrived, we noticed the Screens on front door and windows were all damaged and we reported it to the office. Also the dining room chairs had cut/slices on the back of some of the chairs which we also reported. Hot Tub - we didn't go into it because it smelled very musty/moldy and we didn't want to risk getting sick from the water. We have stayed at other Property Management locations in the area, and this experience at Antler Crossing was sub-par for sure. The big plus was the location of this cabin which is between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and that was the big decision maker for us to stay in this particular cabin. Would recommend some updating to be done overall, and enlarge the TV in the main room. The main TV is very small for the size of the cabin. Not sure if we would come back to this particular cabin on any future visits to area.
The kitchen was fully equipped. There was no dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. I’m not sure if they were decorating for Halloween, or they just don’t dust. There was at least inch of dust on all the woodwork in the bathroom and bedrooms. In addition, there was cobwebs and dust hanging off of the fans. Luckily, we never had to turn them on.
We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was so smooth with amazing communication. The location was absolutely perfect between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was super cozy and comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the back porch. Thank you for everything!
This is a nice 2BR cabin with hot tub. Gas fireplace in master bedroom was a nice touch. Amenities were lacking. No starter coffee despite having various coffee makers. And unit was not stocked with trash bags.

Vacation
It needed dusty filter changed porch was very dirty front and back the hot tub cover was dirty at poison oak growing close to walk ways
Location and cabin were really good. Down side is the beautiful fireplace couldn’t be used and the hot tub filter was so dirty and disgusting that once we noticed it we didn’t really want to use it anymore.
Very beautiful cabin and had great privacy !! Cabin was exceptionally clean . Only thing I would change would be the outside hot tub has very little water/ jet pressure . It’s a little outdated but I’m sure hard to change out . In the pics on the VRBO account it shows the back porch view being open pretty much and able to see great views but the trees really have grown up tall and now block the views of the mou mountains!! But other than those two things . Oh and bigger T.V in living room . The one there is to small for the room !!
Very nice though and thank you for a great weekend 👍🙌
This cabin was a great place for 5 of us to stay! It was a little dusty and the hot tub cover should be replaced. It has an odor and is kindof falling apart. The cleaning crew could have cleaned a little better, the floors needed to be swept but other than that everything else was perfect. It’s a beautiful place to stay and is accurate to the listing. Also, we were told it had a gas grill but it actually had a nice charcoal grill and that was fine we just would’ve preferred to bring charcoal rather than have to go back out into heavy Rod Run traffic and buy more.
This was a great cabin to stay in for several nights with our two children as we visited Gatlinburg and the Smoky mountains. Very clean , comfortable, everything worked well. Nice gas fireplaces upstairs and downstairs. We originally booked planning to bring pets but a couple weeks before our trip we got a call saying they no longer allowed pets and cancelling our booking! The rental manager offered us a very different cabin in a very different location. This was not reflected on VRBO. We ended up deciding not to bring pets and keeping the booking, but this was unexpected, and could've been an issue if we didn't have flexibility. So, no complaints, but note there are no longer pets allowed for this property.
Other notes: Bring standard coffee filters or Keurig cups (they have both kinds of coffee makers, but no supplies). Bring shampoo and conditioner. Beach towels to use with hot tub are also recommended, though they provided plenty of bath towels.
Really no complaints, just some suggestions :) list the kuerig so we know what coffee to bring, maybe have one or two dishwasher pods so it’s easier to clean up, might want to invest in a memory foam topper for the upstairs bed.. it is rather lumpy.
Overall, still a lovely trip!
Overall this was a great cabin. It is cute and cozy. Very clean with a few exceptions that I notified management about and they promptly took care of. Never could get the wifi to work. I would still stay here again. Management was great.

Unfortunate/ unprepared host/ more like camping
We we’re pretty disappointed in quite a bit of our stay. The listing said Mountain View’s but you can’t see with tree overgrowth so we didn’t get what we came for. A big thing we like is morning coffee with a Mountain View. The cabin stated a list of things as well as common host things that weren’t there at all. There was a coffee machine but no coffee or filters, no paper towels or stored toilet paper besides what was on the current holder, no soap for shower, laundry machine but no detergent, no lighter for grill, or no charcoal for grill. They supplied absolutely nothing besides dish soap. Our coffee machine had old coffee and mold in it from last person. We had to go to the store and buy literally EVERYTHING besides linens and dishes.. we felt like we were camping with no supplies other than the fact there were beds and air conditioning. With accurate listing and much better hosting this place could have been much better. We thought it was a private host but it was a company that rents out cabins and a staff similar to hotel. The staff members sometimes were snarky and seemingly annoyed by us. Not all staff. But a couple people weren’t so pleasant. We left disappointed to say the least. Don’t recommend.
Beautiful cabin, great location. Do need more lighting outside porch/deck. Hot tub needs to be emptied & cleaned. It smelled bad. Besides the hot tub we had a great experience!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The location could not be better for traveling to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was so incredible in every way, spacious, tasteful, EXTREMELY LARGE upstairs bedroom which was perfect for our stay with little ones. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone.
