Located in Diano San Pietro, this holiday home offers a seasonal outdoor heated jacuzzi, a garden and a barbecue for exclusive use as well as a private parking inside the property.
In a beautiful setting surrounded by Ligurian olive trees, there is a beautiful garden with an equipped and shaded gazebo. Next to it is an outdoor hot tub where you can relax.
The house has a garden view, and is composed of a living room with a kitchenette where there is a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a garden.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets
The context is wonderful for a relaxing holiday in the quiet of the countryside but with the possibility of taking advantage of the beautiful sandy beaches found in Diano Marina, San Bartolomeo, Andora, etc. The proximity to the sea (10 minutes by car) makes it excellent as a strategic point for a holiday.
Garden and parking space are fenced.
In the house smoking is possible and medium-small sized dogs are welcome. The garden is very good for them too. The area of the house and all the outdoor spaces are fenced and a fence was placed around the entire perimeter of the fence to protect small children and animals from accidental falls below. The car park is adjacent to the house, very comfortable and fenced. A new children's playground is shared with the other holiday home. It consists of 2 slides, 2 swings and a trampoline.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort und rundherum zufrieden. Das Haus ist klein und fein, man findet alles was es braucht. Die Betten sind bequem, das Haus ist durchdacht und die Klimaanlage tut ihr übriges. Vor Ort ist es eher ruhig, wir haben die Abende und die Stille genossen. Da es Samstags und Sonntags an den Stränden sehr voll ist, waren wir an diesen Tagen immer den ganzen Tag am Haus. Der Whirlpool Pool sorgt dann für die Erfrischung. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, danke für alles an Alessandro. Susanne und Andreas

Geweldig verblijf met alle vrijheid

We hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad in the Corner of Paradise. Alles is aanwezig, airco's werken heel goed, geweldige tuin om in te verblijven met een privé jacuzzi (die we helaas door omstandigheden niet hebben gebruikt). Voor het bedlinnen en handdoeken wordt gezorgd. De tuin is ook uitstekend bijgehouden. Niets is voor Alessandro te veel, je kunt hem altijd appen en hij reageert altijd snel. Ook geeft hij leuke tips voor uitstapjes en om uit eten te gaan. Een geweldige gastheer. Als ik toch een minpuntje moet noemen wil ik de hond die rechts van het huisje in een hok zit benoemen. Deze blaft, vooral 's nachts veel. Door de airco wordt het geluid gelukkig wat gedempt, maar het was soms echt hinderlijk. Hier kan Alessandro natuurlijk niets aan doen en het is zeker geen reden om deze fijne stek niet te boeken! Alessandro, nogmaals bedankt voor alles en wie weet tot ziens!!

Schöner Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Diano San Pietro. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Wir haben den Self Check-In genutzt, was problemlos funktioniert hat. Alessandro hatte viele nützliche Tipps per Whatsapp für uns. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus in Ligurien!

Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus in Ligurien! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden :) Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, ca. 10min Fahrtzeit vom Strand entfernt, und befindet sich in ruhiger Umgebung. Lediglich das quaken der Frösche aus der Nachbarschaft hat die Ruhe am Abend etwas gestört. Das Ferienhaus war sauber (bis auf einige Spinnweben) und sehr gut ausgestattet! Daher brauchten wir vor Ort nur frische Lebensmittel einkaufen und konnten unserer Urlaub sofort genießen. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool im Garten, welchen wir sehr gerne genutzt haben! Der Gastgeber Alessandro ist super nett und gastfreundlich! Wir haben den „Self Check-In“ genutzt und hatten zu ihm über WhatsApp Kontakt, was super geklappt hat. Er war immer zu erreichen und hat sich auch nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden bei einem zweiten Besuch in Ligurien sicher noch einmal wieder kommen :) Ein kleiner Tipp an Alessandro im Nachhinein: Einen Vorhang, oder ein Rollo für die Fenster im Schlafzimmer empfehle ich für Langschläfer ;)

Prendere tre stelle su 5 per una casa che sostanzialmente è completa e definita da voi semplice (in cui non manca nulla) mi sembra davvero molto riduttivo. Non tine conto di tutti gli sforzi ed il lavoro che c'è dietro per rendere una casa accogliente e davvero vivibile per gli ospiti. Intorno a casa ci sono diversi percorsi da fare a piedi, potevate chiederci un consiglio, saremo stati felici di potervi aiutare. In tre anni che affittiamo casa nessuno si è lamentato dei cani dei vicini che abbaiano dato che sono molto calmi ed amichevoli. Siete sicuri che non fosse invece il vostro cane ad abbaiare?? :-)

Super Urlaub…paradiesisch trifft hier voll zu.

Es war ein Super toller Urlaub. Ferienwohnung sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Klein aber sehr fein. Alessandro war der Hammer ganz arg nett und zu vorkommend hat uns alles erklärt und uns gute Tips gegeben auch wegen unserem Hund( Hundestrandetc. )wenn wir fragen hatten war er sofort zu stelle. Mit Hund optimal da alles eingezäunt ist. Schöne Lage man hat seine Ruhe und kann richtig vom Alltags Stress runterkommen. Vielen Dank Alessandro Wir kommen gerne wieder. In vacanza

La casa molto bella, purtroppo poco intima perché c’è gente che fa avanti e indietro e non ci sono delle siepi che coprono il giardino. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri due cani che sono educati e non abbaiano però purtroppo nei dintorni ci sono parecchi cani che abbaiano spesso e sono molto rumorosi. Sarebbe da migliorare l’accesso alla proprietà perché c’è una rampa molto scomoda e richiede 2/3 manovre prima di riuscire a salire. Però la casa di per se ottima.

Posto fantastico per vacanza in relax

L’immobile corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Posto tranquillo per vivere una vacanza in totale relax. Posizione comoda per tutti i servizi, mare a 10 minuti in auto. La Vasca idromassaggio in giardino è un valore aggiunto. Posto ideale per portate con se il vostro cane. Alessandro si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile nel darci informazioni sulla location e sulle possibili attrazioni del luogo. Super consigliato.

Absolutely amazing house! Clean and quiet, everything you need is near by. The garden is confortable and very relaxing.My child playng in the garden while me and my wife relaxyng in Jacuzzy .We arrived quickly by car at the beaches and after a dinner in one of the many restaurants near the sea, coming home has always been a pleasure.Thanks to Osvaldo for his attention to us.

Bellissimo posto, rilassante e confortevole

Posizione strategica, lontana dalla confusione di Diano Marina ma allo stesso tempo 5 minuti dal mare. Un'oasi di pace e relax in un ambiente piccolo ma dotato di tutti i confort. All'esterno di giorno, si può prendere il sole e rinfrescarsi nella jacuzzi se non si vuole andare al mare, la sera tra le stelle e le tante lucine che si accendono tra patio e giardino, la cena diventa veramente romantica e rilassante.
