Bright apartment with wonderful terrace and fantastic sea view

The one-bedroom apartment Suite Claretta is situated in an incredible panoramic position with unobstructed all-round sea views in Piani di Cipressa. In front of the apartment there is a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and a fenced loggia. From every angle you have an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Directly from the loggia you enter the living area with fitted kitchen. Between the kitchenette with dishwasher and oven and the large glass doors to the sea is the dining table. A half wall separates the sleeping area with the double bed. Also from here you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea through another French door. The large room with double bed (160 x 200) has enough space to put a crib or an extra bed. A modern shower room completes the apartment.

On the other side lives the friendly owner, who grows flowers in some greenhouses above the house. Your dog is also welcome here. If necessary, the landlady will do your laundry (5 € / washing machine). Your car is parked on a private parking space in front of the house.

The driveway leads about 200 m over an ascending private road directly to her private parking space at the house. The road ends here and is only used by the residents of this house and a far house. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, Die Raumaufteilung war toll - das Bett steht direkt an einer großen Balkontür, so dass wir im Mondschein schlafen konnten :). Es war sauber, die Küche hatte alles Wichtige zum kochen und frühstücken, kein Teppichboden :), eine Waschmaschine war super, ganz toller Platz zum frühstücken - auch bei Regen und Wind, da die Terrasse überdacht war, ruhige Lage, toller Meerblick - einfach herrlich!!!

Wir haben beide Wohnungen (Suite Claretta und Casa del Sole) mit insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind bewohnt. Suite Claretta war für meinen Mann, meine Tochter und mich perfekt. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auf der traumhaften Terasse konnten wir stundenlang sitzen und uns an dem schönen Blick erfreuen. Die Lage zum Strand und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten (Fahrradweg, Dörfer etc.) war perfekt. Die Vermieterin Clara ist außerdem eine unglaublich herzliche Frau, die uns mit ihren kleinen Leckereien den Aufenthalt versüßte! Die im/ums Haus lebenden kleinen Kätzchen sorgten vor allem bei unserer Tochter für große Freude.

Uns hat der herzliche Empfang der Vermieterin sehr gefallen, eine ältere echt italienische sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns bestens verstanden , auch dank Google translate Übersetzer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und eine grandiose Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Die Ruhe da oben hat einem echten Erholungswert. Wir konnten von früh bis abends unsere Mahlzeiten draußen genießen, und keine Mücken abends.
