Villa Panorama:

On the spacious and partially covered terrace you can enjoy the wonderful view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea and the vastness of the surrounding and evergreen olive mountains of Liguria.

The house's infinity pool is directly integrated into the terrace design. It is easy to reach from the sun loungers or the large outdoor dining table (8 people). In the evening, the pool can be atmospherically illuminated.

A barbecue invites you to grill and the really large terrace offers you many different ways to relax and unwind.

You drive your car directly onto the property and enter the single-storey, spacious house. The bright living room has an attached dining area and two comfortable sofas to relax. You can also receive the German TV program on two flat screens in the house. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and can be supplemented with an extra bed. Two separate beautiful bathrooms offer pleasant comfort with shower / bathtub and two toilets. The well-equipped kitchen has direct access to the terrace.

The sporty homeowner lives in a separate house on the spacious property. This has the advantage that all possible questions about the house, leisure activities and surroundings can be solved easily.

The owner Luca himself was a professional in professional cycling and is happy to offer his guests guided bike tours and the rental of high-quality electric bikes. Not only for professionals, but also for beginners. Daily price per bike 40.00 euros. With bicycle guide (daily price 150.00 euros, half-day 75.00 euros). There are great bike paths right by the sea or more demanding tours in the hills of Imperia. Just talk to Luca on site, he is happy to offer his guests this nice opportunity to spend their free time.

You can organize individual bike excursions in coordination with the home owner.

Ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Blick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit faulen Tagen am Pool und Ausflügen zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Luca war ein toller Gastgeber.

Sehr schön

Der Pool und die Aussicht sind eine Wucht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist die Küche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier wären neue Schränke und Regale kein Fehler. Bitte nicht mit tiefergelegtem Auto anreisen.

Geniale Aussicht

Durch die herrliche Lage/Aussicht/Pool konnten wir schon ab dem Frühstück die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und offen. Wünsche hat er sofort umgesetzt. Die Küche, d.h. das Geschirr/Gläser könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisch!

Wir haben jeden Tag in dieser wunderschönen Location genossen. Alles wie beschrieben. Highlight war der Pool; der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend! Es gibt ausreichend Schattenplätze und viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der tollen, großzügigen Terasse. Luca ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt gute Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants etc. Aber ja, ein paar Auffrischungen hier und da wären spitze. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

Privatsphäre mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Sehr netter Gastgeber, die Villa war sauber aber ein paar Auffrischungen wären super zb die Küche, Ausblick ist der Hammer allein schon mit dem Panorama Pool. Man kann für sich sein und die Ruhe genießen. Weiter empfehlenswert! Top Urlaub!

Traumhafte 14 Tage Urlaub

Absolut zu empfehlende Unterkunft, mit Traumblick und tollem Sternenhimmel im Pool. Luca als Vermieter ist immer erreichbar, antwortet sofort und gibt tolle Tipps und Ideen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Auch die Bäckerei und der Metzger in Pontedassio sind sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Location zum Entspannen

Ein toller Ort, um mit Freunden eine schöne Zeit zu genießen. Luca war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte super Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Vor allem die Außenanlage mit tollem beheiztem Pool und Grill lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Wunderschöne ruhige Villa

Wir hatten eine wundervolle erholsame Woche in Pontedassio. Luca ist ein netter hilfsbereiter und sehr unaufdringlicher Gastgeber - Nachfrage ob alles okay ist und ob uns was fehlt ging über WhatsApp, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Uns haben jede Menge einheimische Leckereien erwartet - nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür. Check in / Check out sowas von problemlos und stressfrei - perfekt. In echt noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Einfahrt zum Tor, sagen wir mal so: gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber machbar. Wir haben noch ein paar andere Traumziele, aber gut möglich dass wir nochmal hierher kommen, einfach weil es so toll war. Paradies in luftiger Höhe

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto ist die letzten 50 Meter zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber Luca ist in allem ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter und hat uns vor der ersten Anfahrt im Dorf getroffen. Er wohnt in Haus nebenan. Bleibt aber faktisch unsichtbar. In der vermieteten Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht ... und noch mehr. Der Blick durch das Tal zum Meer ist spektakulär, der ständige Luftzug ist äußerst angenehm.Der Pool ist großartig, der Feigenbaum direkt daneben ist üppig. Eine klare Empfehlung. Wir haben es geliebt!

Villa Panorama Pontedassio

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig und mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sauber und gepflegt . Ein großes Danke geht aber vor allem an Luca, den Vermieter. Er ist im Hintergrund unauffällig da und sehr hilfsbereit, offen und freundlich. Er gab uns tolle Tips bzgl. Ausflüge und Restaurants und half uns total unkompliziert bei einer Autopanne! Nochmals Grazie mille Luca !!! Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder. Fam. Sommer

Genialer Pool in den Bergen

Pool und Wohnung waren schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und in die Berge ist einfach genial. Der Vermieter Luca hat uns bei Ankunft abgeholt und uns sicher auf das Grundstück begleitet. Ein nicht zu tiefes Auto ist bei der steilen Einfahrt von Vorteil. Check In und Check Out waren sehr einfach. Außerdem gab es gute Tipps für tägliche Ziele in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren Mitte Mai dort. Abends kann es noch ein bisschen kühl (20Grad) sein und die Sonne verschwindet hinter dem Berg. Poolheizung hat sich gelohnt. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche dort und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen! Wir werden wieder mal kommen!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben das Haus mit dem wunderbaren Aussenbereich und einem tollen Pool sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf das Tal und das Meer ist herrlich! Das Anwesen liegt sehr ruhig umgeben von Olivenbäumen, aber Pontedassio (sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und Imperia sind gut zu erreichen. Es gibt viele schöne Ausflugsziele, die als Tagesausflug interessant sind. Luca ist ein supernetter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, aber auch sehr diskret. Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal unseren Urlaub hier verbracht und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
