Romantic villa, with a heated pool (low season) and a fantastic view

The lovingly furnished villa is picturesquely situated above the wide olive hills of Imperia. You enjoy a great view of the sea and the surrounding valleys / villages from the spacious terrace to the Maritime Alps. And at the same time you are at the sea and beach of Porto Maurizio in just 15 minutes.

A heated pool with newly installed massage jets and a small splash shower directly at the villa offers you a pleasant refreshment in the warm summer months. From there you can enjoy the beautiful view of the nearby sea. In the months of April, May and September, October, the pool is heated if the water temperature drops below approx. 22 degrees during the day (electricity costs are incurred separately on the 15th September to 15 May, in low season, billed).

The pool is available for your sole use.

The bright and open living area is tastefully decorated in natural colors and with high quality furniture. The comfortable kitchen has just been renovated and partially renewed. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for all needs. The first bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.

Two bedrooms and the second spacious bathroom with bathtub and bidet are on the 1st OG. These rooms are also lovingly furnished and offer every comfort.

Life can take place wonderfully outside on the spacious terrace, which begins directly at the front door of the villa. You can enjoy your pizza at a large dining table with several seating options (there is a barbecue grill directly on the terrace).

The terrace extends around the villa, where you can find peace and absolute privacy. Several sun loungers with a sun roof and their own outdoor shower bring relaxation and pleasant cooling.

In the villa there is a fitness room with modern equipment. From there you also have a wonderful view to the sea.

The landlords of the villa live in a separate house on the property. They are open, hospitable and very straightforward, while giving you the privacy and privacy you desire. You have a medium-sized dog, Mr. Brown.

From the vegetable garden of the neighboring house, the two different types of vegetables such as tomatoes, salads, onions and herbs have also been planted for your guests. You are welcome to ask and use them at any time!

In the stone walls at the house there is a cool wine store, which is always filled with Giorgio's sparkling wine. Giorgio will be happy to provide you with the best conditions.

A washing machine is in an extra room.

You can easily drive to the villa with your car. There is a private parking lot with a covered car port on the property, which you are welcome to use.
