Super séjour

Endroit super sympa au calme et dans la verdure. Les hôtes, Carla et Gigi sont formidables avec un accueil chaleureux. L'appartement est très propre et confortable avec une belle piscine. Nous avons passer une très belle semaine de vacances.

Un séjour réussi à Imperia

Merci pour l'accueil de Gigi et Carla. La location en hauteur est très bien située, dans les collines, ce qui donne un superbe paysage à admirer sur la ville. Ils sont toujours disponibles et aiment partager les endroits à visiter et les restaurants où manger. Ils ont veillé à notre bien être sans nous déranger et c'est très rassurant et agréable. La location est vraiment propre et avec toutes les commodités. Pour la piscine, elle est très bien ensoleillée et nous avons pu en profiter avec les autres locataires sans problème. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour et nous recommandons ce lieu pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes Carla et Gigi. Merci

Urlaub Ende August 2022

Die Vermieter sind höflich und hilfsbereit, über WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Objekt sauber und gut gelegen, mit schöner Aussicht auf Teile von Imperia. Der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse ist überdacht, so dass Schutz vor der Sonne gewährleistet ist. Jedoch muss man ein paar Sachen erwähnen. Wäsche, wie in der Vorstellung beschrieben, gibt es; jedoch nur gegen Aufpreis oder man bringt eigene mit. Der Pool ist mit einer Dauerüberdachung versehen, die immer auf- und wieder zugeschoben werden muss, außerdem ist er nur bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet. In den Schlafräumen sind Ventilatoren vorhanden. Jedoch ist der Deckenventilator in die Jahre gekommen und verursacht eine Art Schleifgeräusch. Sehr unangenehm sind die Unmengen von Hunden in der Gegend, die entsprechenden Lärm verursachen. Ungewöhnlich früh ist die Uhrzeit der Abreise mit 9.30 Uhr. Sollte man später abreisen (wollen), ist dies nur mit Aufpreis möglich.

Ligging biedt halverwege een heuvel erg mooi uitzicht over het dal. Toegang via poort met afstandsbediening. Ons appartement bood veel privacy. Het is netjes en voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen. Fijne grote koelkast. Zwembad is schoon. Eigenaren erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Super dejlig feriebolig i rolige og smukke omgivelser - og meget sødt og hjælpsomt værtspar. De 800 m til stranden som annoncen beskriver må dog være i luftlinje - der er nærmere 5 km og kræver en bil.

I was sorry about the negative note related to the distance between the house and the sea. I checked oscrupulously and on all the apartments on this platform as on our web site the correct distance indicated between the houses and the beaches is of 1.8 km and not 0.800 km as you wrote in this review. Proof of our correctness all the reviews since now ( also of the other apartments Giulia, Giorgia, and Rosella)without any indication from the guests about this. Our property is in Oneglia and the nearest beaches of Oneglia are only 1,8 km away . Please note 5 km away are the beaches that are in Porto Maurizio. During check in we had given you a lot of useful informations including beaches restaurants places of interest while always remaining available for any other information you may need. thank you again for spending your holidays in our property and you will always be welcome. carla and gigi

Imperia, gerne wieder

Wir wurden von Carla und Gigi herzlich empfangen. Das Appartement Franco ist gut eingerichtet, ist ruhig und bietet eine sehr gute Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist überdacht. Bei Fragen helfen Carla und Gigi promt und gerne. Für Einkäufe, Restaurantbesuche und für ans Meer muss das Auto genommen oder ein ca. 30 Min. Fussmarsch gemacht werden. Vacances au calme

Belle propriété avec 4 lots bien séparés. Belle vue sur les collines au calme avec accès à la ville et commodités à moins de 5 mn de la ville en voiture. Gigi et Carla sont les propriétaires de la résidence et sont là pour voir donner de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. Très disponibles et serviables, ils ont toujours un mot gentil pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement (très propre et fonctionnel) ainsi que l’extérieur et la piscine. Résidence sécurisée avec facilité de se garer. Bref, un très joli séjour au calme et reposant avant de reprendre le cours d’une vie normale. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement ainsi que cette belle petite ville qu’est Impéria. Frédéric et Lucija.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung unter herrlichem Olivenbaum

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem herrlichen alten Olivenbaum direkt vor der Tür und Orleander und Rosmarin drumherum. Wir haben herrliche Ferien genossen. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, sehr ruhige Lage, traumhafter Ausblick, schöner Pool, traumhafte Umgebung und sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen :) . Es war sehr erholsam. Vielen Dank an Gigi und Carla ♥
