Very nice stay in Imperia

We (family of 4) had a very nice stay in Evelyn’s house in Imperial. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The garden and the pool area is very well maintained. Communication with Evelyn before our arrival was very easy and during our stay she easily accessible for any questions we had. We will recommend a stay here to everyone who would like to visit the Italian riveria ☀️

Superbly equipped apartament, very clean. Evelyn takes care of every detail, very helpful and friendly person. Large space for family like us 2+3. I recommend to everyone, especially families with children We had fantastic times there.

Beautiful apartment with pool

The apartment is really beautiful and clean. Evelyn is a great host! The communication was really easy. We had an amazing time at the apartment. The pool is great and is cleaned every single day. The train noise is not bad at all, after a few days you don’t even hear it anymore. We highly recommend the apartment.

Perfect holiday by a very good apartment.

Lovely appartment, a warm welcome by Evelyn and family and home made pizza by Evelyn's mother the first day. Nice swimming pool, garden and outdoor relaxing spots around the villa. The house, the apartment, the garden and the pool are always perfectly maintained and clean. It was great to have your own garage for the car and to live in a secure area. For the first use everything was available in the apartment. Even the Italian coffee and machine was free of charge. We've had perfect holiday, we will be back definitely in the future.

Wir waren 2 Paare in der gr. Wohnung.Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort mit Evelyn lief hervorragend.Der Pool und Whirlpool waren perfekt zur Erholung. Wer gerne selber kocht, sollte vielleicht ein paar scharfe Messer und ein großes Schneidebrett mitnehmen.Auch empfehle ich Mehrfachsteckdosen und evtl. ein paar Klebehaken einzupacken.Wem absolute Ruhe wichtig ist, den möchte ich auf die nahe gelegene Autobahn und Zugstrecke hinweisen.Die Lage ist ansonsten perfekt. 3 Kilometer zum nächsten Strand, ca. 20 Minuten fußläufig in die Altstadt.man ist auch schnell außerhalb der Stadt, egal ob zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto- je nachdem wie die Interessen sind, passt alles.Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiter.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich und top gepflegt. Zum Empfang gab's eine Pizza, darüber freuten wir uns nach der langen Fahrt sehr. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!!!!

Ein gelungener Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Evelyn ist eine klasse Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, der Müll wird täglich geleert. Jeden Morgen wird der Pool gereinigt, Kaffeekapseln fur die entsprechende Maschine stellt Evelyn einem kostenlos zur Verfügung und man erhält viele Tipps bzgl. Strände, Restaurants etc. von ihr. Generell steht Evelyn einem bei allen Anliegen und Fragen zur Seite. Wir hatten z. B. ein Problem mit unserem Auto und sie hat uns dabei komplett unterstützt (mit der Werkstatt in Kontakt treten, übersetzen und sogar mit uns dort hinfahren). Mit dem Auto ist alles in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Imperia ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars, wunderschöner Küste und weit entfernt vom Massentourismus. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter, da wir uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Evelyn ist eine supernette Gastgeberin, die bis spät Abends auf uns gewartet hat. Pizza zur Ankunft.... Superlieb. Die Wohnung am Pool ist für Kinder, die schwimmen können einfach perfekt... Direkt vom Frühstückstisch ins Wasser. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und schön eingerichtet, zwei Badezimmer, sehr nette Kochinsel, überall Mückennetze an den Fenstern, Küche voll ausgestattet. In fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der süßen Stadt. Der Strand in der Stadt war im August sehr voll, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Man kann auch den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen. Man hört die Bahnstrecke und Autobahn, aber das geht am zweiten Tag vergessen. Uns hat es wirklich supergut gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Dank Evelyn hatten wir einen perfekten Urlaub. Sie hatte noch spät auf uns für den Check-In gewartet und auch in den nächsten Tagen mit Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants geholfen. Familienfreundliche Atmosphäre und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Gastfreundschaft par excellence

Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen in der Wohnung ‚Friju‘ verbracht, die sehr viel Platz bietet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Dazu gehören eine Terrasse mit Esstisch und Grillmöglichkeit sowie die große Terrasse direkt vorm Pool mit Esstisch und Lounge-Ecke. Alle Fenster haben einen Mückenschutz; der ist auch wichtig, weil es zumindest in diesem Jahr sehr viele Mücken gab. In der Wohnung und auf dem Grundstück ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Evelyn und ihre Eltern sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Zum Empfang stand eine selbstgemachte Pizza in der Wohnung und den selbst angebauten Wein durften wir ebenfalls kosten. Evelyn ist tagsüber auf dem Grundstück und jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit mit Restaurant- oder Ausgeh-Tipps. Imperia ist ein sehr guter Ausgangsort, um die Blumenriviera zu erkunden. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortskerns. Mit dem Auto sind aber viele Restaurants und Strände gut erreichbar. Auf dem Weg zwischen der Wohnung und dem Ortskern von Porto Maurizio befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, in dem man im Grunde genommen alles bekommt. Die Autobahn und die Bahnstrecke verlaufen in der Nähe des Hauses, die jetzt aber nicht wirklich stören. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und sind dankbar für die tolle Gastfreundschaft in diesem kleinen Juwel an der Riviera!

Vollkommen empfehlenswert Appartement und Gastgeberin

Bei Evelyns Appartement haben wir wunderbare 2 Wochen verbracht. Schwimmbad zwei Schritte von die Tür reicht richtig aus. Haus wurde eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit besonderer Geschmack, alles total gepflegt und sauber, jeder kleinsten Detail. Große Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, wegen die ziemlich engen Straßen lieber mit Auto fahren. Richtig viel Restaurant, immer superlecker Pasta und Pizza oder Frutti di mare. Perfekte Base um die Ausflüge unterzunehmen San Remo, Albenga, Ventimiglia, Monaco, Nizza - alles bis 40 - 70 km erreichbar, etwa 100 km kann man Genoa oder Cannes besuchen. Alles vollkommen empfehlenswert. Wir buchen Appartement bei Evelyn bestimmt wieder. Sie ist immer da, wenn das nötig ist, hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich.

Eine tolle Erfahrung und ein Mega Urlaubsdomizil

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen bei Evelyn in der Ferienwohnung Frejus. Diese Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, super eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Evelyn und ihre Eltern hegen und pflegen das tolle Anwesen täglich. So wird der Größe und bis zu 2,40m tiefe Pool täglich gereinigt. Evelyn ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie sorgte sich bereits vor der eigentlichen Ankunft um uns und hat uns ein paar Straßen vor dem Anwesen abgeholt, da unser Navi die kleine Privatstraße nicht gefunden hat. Bei der Einweisung wurde uns eine von Evelyns Mama gebackene Pizza überreicht. Diese war sehr lecker und eine tolle Überraschung. Evelyn und ihre Familie sind immer ansprechbar und super hilfsbereit. Ihr Vater baut selber Wein an. Diesen sehr guten Wein durften wir auch großzügig kosten. Evelyn überraschte uns an einem Tag mit ganz tollem italienischen Gebäck und bot uns auch immer wieder Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine an. Insgesamt ist es ein mega schöner Urlaub in einer spitzen Umgebung gewesen. Die zwei Wochen vergingen viel zu schnell. Sollte unsere nächste Reise wieder nach Imperia gehen, so ist Evelyn unsere erste Adresse. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Haus in entzückendem Garten

Wunderschönes Haus und Grunstück mit tollem großen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wird. Evelyn ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, immer hilfsbereit und da, wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus hat 2 Wohneinheiten, jede Wohneinheit hat einen eigenen Garten, Terrasse und BBQ, der Pool wird geteilt. Die Wohnung “Friju” ist liebevoll eingerichtet, und hat alles, was man braucht, bis auf eine Spülmaschine. Insgesamt ein Traum, und ich werde wiederkommen! Toll auch für Kinder! Die 5jährige schwärmt, wie ich, noch immer. Nizza ist nur eine Stunde entfernt und definitiv einen Ausflug wert. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto (oder ein Moped), zu Fuß ist dort so gut wie nichts zu erreichen. Haus, Garten und Besitzer mit Herz, das spürt man durchweg. Absolut empfehlenswert!
