'Casa in ne Barche' is a detached artist house surrounded by greenery. The village of Prelá Castello is about 200 m away and there are no neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so you can enjoy absolute tranquility. In the evening you only hear a few owls or owls, in the morning birdsong.
Originally, it was a half collapsed natural stone house (Rustico). With much imagination, work and patience a little paradise was created. It is a special object, which is equipped with a great sense for aesthetics and attention to detail.
To get into the house you have to walk for about 200 meters on an ancient mule track through the olive terraces. It is a beautiful path that runs on one level, but only for the sure-footed. You also have to carry your luggage along here. Rolling suitcases are not recommended.
The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small adjoining toilet and a kitchen. Here you will find all the comforts of modern life such as refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven and a wood stove. The large dining table can seat up to 6 people.
On the second level, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a light-flooded shower room. Here you will also find a washing machine. The outdoor area consists of a stone-paved terrace where you can enjoy the cozy summer evenings with a glass of wine, have a barbecue or sunbathe with your family or friends. The house is surrounded by meadows, olive terraces and gardens with an open view to the wide valley. In the garden, near the house there is a mini pool, about 90 cm deep. Swimming is not enough, but to cool off or watch the sunsets with a glass of Prosecco in hand: ideal. The terrain is not fenced and partially terraced. Since the dry stone walls are partly over 2 m high and unsecured, we consider the property for families with children under 6 years not suitable.
'Casa in ne Barche' is for those who love nature and tranquility, for those who are looking for something special, something you will not find in any travel catalog.

Die Zeit in diesem wundervoll einsam gelegenen Ferienhaus war richtig gut. Wir konnten viel entspannen und die herrliche Natur genießen. Ein Highlight waren die Esel. Die Vermieterin war immer hilfsbereit und bemüht, alles zu unserem Besten zu machen. Also rundum perfekt.

Das Häuschen war so wie beschrieben und Margarita war wirklich nett und verfügbar. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man vom Auto ein Stück bis zum Haus laufen muss. Aber das Gepäck fährt Margarita hin und bei der Abreise wieder zurück. Ein ganz kleines Ding war für uns, dass die Sitzecke im Haus für abends nicht wirklich gemütlich war. Aber bei schönem Wetter sind eh draußen viele Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Heerlijk

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Een fantastische tuin met een bescheiden zwembad maar heerlijk om te verkoelen. Supersnelle wi-fi en het huis heeft een prettige sfeer. Omdat het echt in de natuur ligt moet je wel een stukje rijden voordat je bij een grotere plaats bent, maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Het is een huis voor mensen die van natuur en rust houden. Wij hebben genoten van alles.

Wunderschöner Platz, perfekt zum erholen!

Wir waren für 8 Tage in Prela und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders genossen haben wir bei den heißen Temperaturen den kleinen Pool und die schattigen Plätze im Garten. Für den den Trubel sind die Strände von Imperia (30 min) nicht weit, auch ein leckeres Eis oder Capuccino in Dolcedo (20 min) sind zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und besonders hilfsbereit. Alles im allen eine toller, ruhiger Platz in mitten der Natur. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Erholung in idyllischer Umgebung

Für Erholung pur können wir dieses kleine, abgeschiedene Paradies nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir wurden schon beim Ankommen von der außerordentlich netten Vermieterin auf der Dorfstraße erwartet und zum Parken eingewiesen. Dank ihres Jeeps wurde unser gesamtes Gepäck von ihr zum Haus transportiert und wir mussten es nicht tragen. Der Eselspfad ist zwar nicht schwierig zu begehen, aber man könnte wirklich schlecht was auf Rollen hinter sich nachziehen. Da die erste Woche kühl und regnerisch war, haben wir uns sehr an der wärmenden Gemütlichkeit des Holzofens erfreut. Sehr erwähnenswert - super Matratzen und ebensolches WLAN!! Netflix streamen war problemlos. In der zweiten Woche waren wir mit besserem Wetter belohnt, konnten uns aber trotzdem nicht von dem wundervollen Häuschen und seinem ebensolchen Garten trennen. Für aktivere Besucher hätte es natürlich jede Menge Ausflugsziele gegeben, das Meer ist auch nur etwa 30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Uns hat jedenfalls die Entspannung und das nur für uns seien im kleinen Paradies sehr gut getan. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Entspannung in der Maracuja-Laube

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Ne Barche. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Haus und der Garten sind traumhaft schön. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Ruhe und Entspannung im Olivenhain oder italian Lifestyle am Meer, in den Bergen wandern oder durch Bergdörfer schlendern, es war eine sehr abwechslungsreiche und schöne Zeit . Susanne und Gerhard .

Zauberhafter Urlaub

Es war ein ruhiger, toller unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Das Haus , der Garten waren noch schöner als beschrieben! Wer die Ruhe und reine Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Objekt können wir nur empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Traumferien in grüner Idylle

Es war ein schöner, entspannender Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschön restaurierten Haus. Sehr idyllisch gelegen, inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Vom Gartensitzplatz aus genossen wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre bei einem herrlichen italienischen Wein. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Ortschaft ist ruhig und wie wir in der Schweiz sagen schön „urchig“. Für die Gestaltung unseres Aufenthaltes war uns die Webpage der Gastgeberin, www.liguria-extravergine.com , sehr hilfreich.
