Beautiful farmhouse with pool and stunning infinite sea views. Host up to 9

This beautiful 18th century house is newly refurbished in a tasteful style with antique furniture. (also check on casecassini.com)
With plenty of natural light, it offers 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom with bath-shower, a spacious fully fitted kitchen/diner with French windows onto the garden, living room and dining room with French windows on the terrace.
The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine and a large fridge-freezer.
From the dining room, there is a large terrace overlooking the mountainside forest to the east, offering sun, peace and privacy.
At the front of the house, facing south, there is a garden with an olive grove offering an amazing view on the valley and sea where you can enjoy relaxing in the sun while having breakfast or lunch.
The swimming pool is 42 square meters with 1,50cm deep. The swimming pool is shared with our other two rental houses.
There are plenty attractions in our area so rarely every one is found at the pool, but in the event of a lazy day sunbathing, it never feels overcrowded because of the space around it.


The ancient village rich of wild vegetation, is a destination for mountain lovers but also ideal for children running free.
We like to offer the best rates compared to similar properties in the mediterranean shores since is our second rental season.
Free Wifi available even under the olive grove and bicycles available on request.
We are also thinking of offering a chef-house keeper. please let us know if this can be of any interest for you

We also have a stunning flat just few meters away, that can accommodate 4 to 5 people and a new great 4 bedrooms house with pool that can accommodate 8-9 people.

Nice place away from the crowd

We had a nice stay at the house. The facilities were good. Its a drive on a narrow roas and we missed detailled information in the app of te exact location of the house, but the owner and staff was friendly and kind. Its a 20 minutes drive to the supermarket , but for a quiet area its a nice stay.

Mountain retreat with excellent hospitality!

Casa Cassini is an outstanding retreat in the mountains above Bordighera. The pool provides fun and relaxing time for the full family and the Osteria du Barbe Pe ensures local Italien cuisine at reasonable prices. We‘ll be back!

… Our 10-day holiday at the house was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The location was perfect for us—secluded, peaceful, with a stunning panoramic view of the sea. The pool is large, inviting, and cleaned every morning. The fact that the pool is shared with two other parties is not a problem at all, as guests often go on day trips. As a result, there are always times when you can have the pool all to yourself. The osteria across the road is open on Sundays. The food is excellent. We will definitely try to book with Antonio again—it was sensational!

A perfect base for excursionS

Quietly located at the end of the valley with a view through the valley to the Mediterranean Sea. Starting point of cycling tours for the sporty ambitious in great cultural landscape, several hiking tours in the area or excursions to San Remo, Menton, Monaco and Nice. On Wednesday evenings Antonio serves grandiose pizza from the wood-fired oven in his small osteria. We felt very comfortable in the melange of Italian and French way of life.

We came back to Negi for 14 days this July and had a great time there again! The new swimming pool is fantastic and wonderful! If it´s hot, you don´t have to go to the seaside any longer - you just want to stay at this wonderful natural place and enjoy the refreshing pool! The apartment with it´s large, light rooms, the precious old furniture, lots of garden and space around and a great view over the mountains to the seaside is perfect for relaxing! You even can sleep outside if you want. The house is as clean and well equiped as we found it last year, and the price is really fair for this amazing holiday domicile! In the area around you can watch special plants and wonderful flowers. If you want more "touristique programme", the seaside is only 20 minutes away. What is very special is the owner´s family, they all are very, very kind. They´re so friendly and helpful with whatever you need or want to know! You can get fresh vegetables, eggs and fruits from their fields, and they also sell their own very, very (!) good olive oil. We were so happy and want to come back next year, too. Thanks for that wonderful, relaxing and interesting place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday!

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, klassisch italienisch. Genauso wie auf den hier gezeigten Bildern. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie sind echte Herzensmenschen. Das Essen der Osteria (wir wurden damit am 1. Urlaubstag verwöhnt) war unübertroffen. Unfassbar lecker. Ich werde wohl kaum wieder besser irgendwo essen können. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen, aber das war von uns auch so gewollt. So konnten wir absolut entspannen. Ligurien ist traumhaft schön, jeden Tag haben wir wunderschöne Dinge gesehen und erlebt. Bordighera ist ein Stück entfernt, aber machbar. Die Anfahrt ist super beschrieben, erfordert aber vom Fahrer echten Mut. :-) Der Pool wird jeden Tag vom Gastgeber und seinem Team gereinigt und ist angenehm groß. Auch wenn alle Häuser des Anwesens von Gästen bewohnt werden, findet sich immer eine freie Liege oder ein Liegestuhl zum Relaxen. Der Gastgeber war für uns immer direkt ansprechbar und hat sich um unsere kleinen Anliegen umgehend und aufopferungsvoll gekümmert. Wir fanden den Urlaub wunderbar und kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmals an den Gastgeber und seine Familie und sein Team, für die wunderbare Zeit.

Landidylle in den Bergen

Wunderschön gelegenes Häuschen im Grünen in den Bergen, Wermutstropfen ist aber eine sehr lange und auch anspruchsvolle Anfahrt. Super netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Erstklassiges Essen in seinem Restaurant gegenüber, absolute Empfehlung. Wen die Angelegenheit nicht stört, für den geben wir eine klare Empfehlung.

Ruhig, nettu abgelegenen

Das Anwesen ist ca 30 Minuten bergauf vom Meer entfernt. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr kurvig und die Straße ist nicht besonders gut. Der Ort ist also perfekt für Leute die das Haus nicht all zu oft verlassen wollen und absolute Ruhe suchen. Bevor ich weiter schreibe möchte ich ganz eindringlich vor den vielen MOSKITOS warnen. Wir haben leider keine Warnung vorab bekommen, so dass wir schlecht ausgestattet waren. Nehmen Sie unbedingt ausreichend Schutz mit. Wir waren 3 Personen und hatten in Summe 80 Mückenstiche. Es gibt 2 Häuser und 1 Pool. Wir waren im älteren Haus, vermutlich ein alter Stall, mit 2 SZ und 1 Bad inkl WC, kein extra WC. Das andere Haus bietet Platz für 8 Personen und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Pool. Das Haus das wir bewohnt haben hat leider keinen direkten Zugang zum Pool, man muss entweder über die Terrasse des Nachbarhauses, was ärgerlich ist weil dort ja andere Personen draußen sitzen oder man geht über eine provisorische Treppe, welche aber für ältere Leute nur schwer zu meistern ist. Das Haus das wir bewohnt hatten war sauber aber modrig und in der Küche gibt es Schimmel. Das Badezimmer bietet leider keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit für Waschutensilien. Ist natürlich ärgerlich wenn dort 3-4 Leute wohnen und die Sachen am Boden liegen müssen. Außerdem gibt es im großen Schlafzimmer keinen Kleiderschrank. Die Küche ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet, wir mussten ein paar Utensilien kaufen und haben diese auch dort gelassen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und man kann hier den ganzen Tag und Abend geniessen. Eine Tischtennisplatte ist zwar vor Ort, diese ist aber nicht bespielbar, da sie verzogen ist. Der Pool inkl Ausblick ist wunderbar allerdings sind viel zu wenig Liegen dort. Das Nachbarhaus war mit acht Personen besetzt und hatte regelmäßig alle acht liegen in Beanspruchung. So dass für uns keine mehr übrig waren und wir den Pool nicht in dem Maße genießen konnten wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Nebenan ist eine Osteria die auch vom Besitzer und seiner Schwester betrieben wird. Das Essen ist wirklich fantastisch und man sollte es unbedingt probieren. Es ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber man muss ja nicht jeden Abend dort essen. Der Besitzer macht auch eigenes Olivenöl welches ich sehr empfehlen kann. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Anwesen nur buchen wenn man beide Häuser zusammen nimmt, die komplette Abgeschiedenheit mag und man keine Probleme mit so vielen Stechmücken hat.

Wunderschöne Erfahrung

Die totale Ruhe hat uns sehr gut getan. Schöner großer Pool mit superschöner Aussicht bis zum Meer. Unbedingt die Osteria probieren, hier wird mit Liebe traditionell gekocht, das Menü ist jeden Cent wert. In der Saison bietet es sich an, mit Freunden beide Häuser zu mieten, die direkt beieinander liegen.

Très belle maison, hôtes agréables, très bonne trattoria (case Cassini)!!! La maison est fort reculée dans les montagnes (pas super évident à trouver…), ce qui est bien pour le calme et la sérénité mais un peu loin pour les trajets! Traumhafte Lage am Berg und eigener Gemüseanbau

Unser Aufenthalt bei Seborga war traumhaft. Das Häuschen liegt ca. 15 Minuten hinter Seborga und sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber leben auf der anderen Straßenseite und haben einen eigenen kleinen Anbau. Wir haben häufig Salat und Obst bekommen. Zusätzlich feiern sie ein- bis zweimal die Woche Pizza Partys und haben dafür einen rießigen Pizzaofen. Den Pool teilt man sich mit drei weiteren Partein. Man hat zwei eigene Terassen und zusätzlich nochmal zwei Tische in dem Haus. Ich würde empfehlen ausreichend Mückenschutz mitzunehmen. Von der Location konnten wir direkt unsere Rennrad- und Mountainbikerunden starten. Vorallem mit dem Mountainbike kann man direkt nach oben fahren und alle Trails bis Sanremo erkunden. Vor dem Haus gibt es dann direkt einen Wasserschlauch um die eingematchten Fahräder zu säubern.

Relaxing holidays summer 2014

For our summer holidays we did choose this beautiful place within the ancient tiny village Negi Fumei, which is located within the mountains rising from coast of the Mediterranean Sea near Bodighera. It turned out very fast that it was a very good decision. From the beginning of our stay we felt cordially welcomed by all family members. Having a nice swimming pool nearby the cottage and the Million-Dollar-View down the beautiful valley towards the Sea we did immediately start to relax. Regardless whether spending a day at the beach, going hiking in the mountains or exploring the amazing region of Liguria, we enjoyed this time very much. The house and the facilities are of high standard and spacious. Try out the home made antipasti and the delicate Vittorio Cassini´s olive oil. We loved it. We will certainly do it again. Stress relief. Soothing views and relaxation.

We are Mom, Dad and two boys (5,8). We never choose a house/apartment without a pool. Strangely enough we were the only residents during the week, which meant that we had the pool to ourselves. Great! The house is quite large, and offers a terrace with morning sun. Lovely and quiet surroundings. Olive trees everywhere, the owners produce their own oil and more. Bordighera is about a half hour away so unless your really like driving on narrow mountain roads, plan your shopping. If you decide to drive down to the coast, make sure to have lunch in Dolceagua and continue to Rocchetta for a swim in the river. Wonderful. Very friendly hosts, Miss Lina speaks italian, and Vittorio is fluent in english. We went away relaxed, and would love to come back :-)

A nice stay in the spring

A very nicely situated house in the mountain area near Bordighera. We had a very nice time in the spring week of may the 2nd till may the 11th. Communication through the son Enzo is going smoothly, also in English as he is living in the UK There was a very warm welcome by the mother and her son. We could taste their own olives,wine and oil. It was a little to cols to use the swimming pool, but in the summer this will be a refreshing bonus. Whenever we are coming back we will for sure contact this nice and friendly family again.
