Holiday home with swimming pool with spectacular sea view near Sanremo. Nice airport is only at 45 minutes. Easyjet flies very cheaply to Nice. The sea can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The nice owner Nino regularly brings you a basket of his organic products and fruit and vegetables. The apartments are very clean.

Pompeiana has pleasant sea breezes in the summer and cold wind protection in the winter. The apartments therefore offer you the ideal opportunity to escape the cold winters in your own country.

You are assured of a warm welcome and a very pleasant relaxing stay on farmland where you can go horseback riding, walking or cycling on a 25 km long cycle path along the sea that starts from San Lorenzo al mare to Ospedaletti.

At a short distance is a paradise-like blue lake where the residents regularly refresh themselves. (see photo gallery) Ask owner Nino where you can find it.

The pool has a terrace with a sea view.

You will find a large supermarket (Lidl) in Riva Ligure, about 8 minutes by car. In Arma di Taggia is a large covered shopping mall with supermarket and shops and bars. (Address: Via Privata Roggeri 56 Arma di Taggia.)

A very nice appartment offside the overcroweded beach area

We had two excellent weeks. Thanks to the kind manager which support us with a lot of hints and some local food. The moscito nets should be urgently replaced as we permantently put them back on the wall.

Simple et familiale

Très bon séjour chez Nino, impression d'être a la maison. L'appartement était simple mais fonctionnel. Excellent accueil, beaucoup de conseils, et de moments partagés ! Nino nous a transmis son goût pour la région et nous a offert des produits locaux, et des fruits et légumes de ses cultures. La vue mer est top, le village trop mignon, et l'emplacement est proche de tout. Je recommande vivement. Encore merci Nino

Traumhafter Ausblick und Nino

Wir hatten einen sehr achönen Aufenthalt. Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnungen simpel eingerichtet sind. Der Pool wird zeitweise für Wassergymnastik benutzt und steht dann von 17-19 Uhr Montags bis Freitags nicht zur Verfügung. Nino ist eine Seele von Mensch und kümmert sich mit italienischem Charme um die Gäste und sorgt mit frischen regionalen Produkten für ihr Wohl. Grazie Nino!

Schöne Woche

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, allerdings sollten einige Dinge im Vorfeld erwähnt sein z.B. dass der Pool von 17 bis 19h gesperrt ist wegen eines Auqa-Gymnastik-Kurs und man Badekappen benötigt oder dass man einen Adapter für die Steckdosen braucht. Aber Nino macht mit seiner fantaschtischen Art, seinen Tipps und Hilfestellungen sowie seinen kleinen Geschenken jedes Manko wett.

Bergblick zum Meer

Bei der Ausstattung darf man nicht so anspruchsvoll sein ( unbedingt Sitzkissen mitbringen). Aber der Hausherr, Nino, macht alles mit seiner netten Art und den vielen frischen Gaben aus seinem Garten wett. Der Pool ist sein Baby und top gepflegt. Als Startpunkt für die Erkundung des ligurischen Umlandes ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Wir können sie empfehlen.

Pompeiana - Abenteuer, Erholung und Kultur

Unser zweiwöchiger Urlaub in dem Urlaubsdomizil waren super - die Anlage bietet neben den typischen mediterranen Urlaubshäuschen auch viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung - Pool (sehr sauber), Sonnenliegen und Grillstation, alles vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Toller Blick zwischen den Bergen aufs Meer und insgesamt ist die Umgebung (Ligurien) der Hammer. Urige Bergdörfer, nette Leute und eine sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft - Ligurien hat einiges zu bieten an italienischer Kultur! Ebenso ist der Strand nicht weit entfernt ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nino, der Mann für alles vor Ort ist unglaublich, er sorgt mit feinen kulinarischen Kleinigkeiten aus der Region für das Wohlergehen der Gäste auch sonst ist er immer für ein Gespräch oder Ausflugstipp gut und bietet tolle authentische Empfehlungen aus der Region - Supergut! Wir werden wieder kommen - es war einfach nur schön! Bis bald.

Alles in allem sehr schön und sehr erholsam.

Nach dem wir verarbeitet hatten das es kein WLAN und keine Spülmaschine gab, (unser Fehler, hatten wir bei der Buchung übersehen) und wir uns dann damit arrangiert hatten war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter vor Ort ist ein absolutes Highligt und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und hilft wo er kann und versorgt einem mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten. Vielen Dank und jederzeit wieder.

Alles super, der Besitzer vor Ort ist täglich vor Ort und ein toller Mensch. Det Ort ansich ist klein aber Fein inkl. allem was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht....Ein kleines Manko: Das der Pool auch täglich -teilweise mehrmals- für Wassergymnastikgruppen und Schwimmunterricht (inkl. lauter Musik) verwendet wird und somit nicht ausschließlich den Feriengästen zur Verfügung steht, könnte/sollte bzw. muss man aber erwähnen.

Angenehmer entspannter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und auch der Blick von der Terrasse ist so toll wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist direkt nebenan sauber und war bei der Wärme/Hitze eine tolle Abkühlung (Achtung: Badekappenpflicht). Der Verwalter war immer ansprechbar und hat uns den Aufenthalt mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten noch verschönert. Einzig die Küche könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung gebrauchen, aber es hat voll und ganz für einen tollen Urlaub gereicht.

Schöne Wohnung mit Sitzplatz und Pool in typisch ländlicher Umgebung

Mit der Wohnung und dem Sitzplatz waren wir sehr zufrieden und wurden vor Ort sehr gastfreundlich und sympathisch von Nino betreut. Die Umgebung ist typisch ländlich, ruhig und erholsam, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aller Art.
