About this property

Holiday home with swimming pool with spectacular sea view near Sanremo. Nice airport is only at 45 minutes. Easyjet flies very cheaply to Nice. The sea can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The nice owner Nino regularly brings you a basket of his organic products and fruit and vegetables. The apartments are very clean.

Pompeiana has pleasant sea breezes in the summer and cold wind protection in the winter. The apartments therefore offer you the ideal opportunity to escape the cold winters in your own country.

You are assured of a warm welcome and a very pleasant relaxing stay on farmland where you can go horseback riding, walking or cycling on a 25 km long cycle path along the sea that starts from San Lorenzo al mare to Ospedaletti.

At a short distance is a paradise-like blue lake where the residents regularly refresh themselves. (see photo gallery) Ask owner Nino where you can find it.

The pool has a terrace with a sea view.

You will find a large supermarket (Lidl) in Riva Ligure, about 8 minutes by car. In Arma di Taggia is a large covered shopping mall with supermarket and shops and bars. (Address: Via Privata Roggeri 56 Arma di Taggia.)

Pay attention:

The rental does not include bed and bath linen. A linen package can be arranged for 12 euros per person and must be paid on the spot.

Bergblick zum Meer

Bei der Ausstattung darf man nicht so anspruchsvoll sein ( unbedingt Sitzkissen mitbringen). Aber der Hausherr, Nino, macht alles mit seiner netten Art und den vielen frischen Gaben aus seinem Garten wett. Der Pool ist sein Baby und top gepflegt. Als Startpunkt für die Erkundung des ligurischen Umlandes ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Wir können sie empfehlen.

A very nice appartment offside the overcroweded beach area

We had two excellent weeks. Thanks to the kind manager which support us with a lot of hints and some local food. The moscito nets should be urgently replaced as we permantently put them back on the wall.

Pompeiana - Abenteuer, Erholung und Kultur

Unser zweiwöchiger Urlaub in dem Urlaubsdomizil waren super - die Anlage bietet neben den typischen mediterranen Urlaubshäuschen auch viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung - Pool (sehr sauber), Sonnenliegen und Grillstation, alles vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Toller Blick zwischen den Bergen aufs Meer und insgesamt ist die Umgebung (Ligurien) der Hammer. Urige Bergdörfer, nette Leute und eine sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft - Ligurien hat einiges zu bieten an italienischer Kultur! Ebenso ist der Strand nicht weit entfernt ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nino, der Mann für alles vor Ort ist unglaublich, er sorgt mit feinen kulinarischen Kleinigkeiten aus der Region für das Wohlergehen der Gäste auch sonst ist er immer für ein Gespräch oder Ausflugstipp gut und bietet tolle authentische Empfehlungen aus der Region - Supergut! Wir werden wieder kommen - es war einfach nur schön! Bis bald.
