Esta transacción fue una estafa. Cuando llegamos la propiedad estaba cerrada. Llamamos al teléfono de servicio al cliente y nos informaron que contestaban en Chía, Cundinamarca y esta finca hotel estaba cerrada desde antes de la pandemia. Queremos la devolución del dinero.
