Lovely and peaceful country house

Nice country house surrounded by a wonderful garden and a park. The best solution for a relaxing and peaceful journey. You can also find small animals around the park, such us ducks, squirrels, peacocks and so on.

The house is well equipped, it is provided by a fireplace and a 4th extra bed in case you need it.

It is located in the Verdi's area, where the famous composer has been born and lived for his amazing life. 5 mins to Fidenza, 25 mins to Parma you can also find a small village nearby (Castione Marchesi) where there are Pizzerias, a small shop for the grocery and a bakery.

Relaxing, extremely well furnished house

Very friendly host, explained everything. Beautiful gardens and plenty of ground if you have a dog. My dog was enjoying the grounds very much. House is well equipped, spaceous yet cosy.

Excellent property - excellent landlord!

The property is located in a unique location, very close to downtown Fidenza, Fontanellato, Parma, Piacenza, Cremona,.. and Fidenza Village fashion outlet. it also offers kilometers of path in the countryside where jogging. The areas offers a lot of restaurants with delicious food. The owner is a very lovely and brilliant person :-)

First, let me say that the host, Francesco, was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The house and grounds have great potential but we felt they were not maintained at a level we would have preferred.

Das haus liegt sehr gunstig, wenn man viel unterwegs wollt sein. Garten vor am haus ist sehr schön, hinter braucht es etwas extra liebe. Kommunikation lief sehr gut, Francesco reagiert schnell und ist net.

Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Wenn wir wieder in diese Region reisen, werde ich auf jeden Fall den Gastgeber kontaktieren, ob das Haus zu diesem Zeitpunkt frei ist.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Super Kontakt mit Francesco. Alleinstehendes Grundstück. Komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Kunstwerken. Und eine wunderbare Pizzeria am Ortseingang rechts von Fidenza.

5 dagen in Fidenza

Het is geen rustige plek, 150 meter vanaf de autostrada. Altijd herrie. Ook de trein langs de autostrada gaf veel herrie. Wij hadden niet goed gekeken naar de precieze lokatie, dus dat is de eigenaar niet te verwijten. De voortuin is goed onderhouden maar daar kon je niet zitten vanwege de herrie, ook stond er een vies tuinset. De achtertuin was een puinhoop en er stonden geen tuinstoelen. Het huis zelf was groot en netjes. Alleen de keuken was een ratjetoe. Geen goede pannen en een keukenkast tjokvol spullen die je niet nodig had. I.p.v. een sleutel kregen we er 7 plus een alarm. De deur naar de achtertuin ging slecht open en je verdwaalde in de spinnenwebben. We zitten niet snel bij de pakken neer dus er maar het beste van gemaakt.

To say that the courtyard was a mess is really offensive, the garden chairs were dirty from some leaves... there had been a storm just before you arrived, it is logical to find leaves and dirt on the ground. Claiming to clean the yard in a few minutes is quite ridiculous. You could have found out more about the location of the house before coming, without complaining later in a review. Een bijzonder huis en een heel grote tuin

Enthousiaste begroeting, leuke gesprekken met Francesco die goed Engels spreekt, heel bijzonder en groot huis, van heel modern tot klassiek, goede keuken en douches, een enorme tuin met o.a. prieeltje en bos. Omdat we door ziekte niet echt weg konden zaten we heel veel uren in de zon in de tuin, heerlijk ondanks wat lawaai van de weg en we misten wel een paar gemakkelijke tuinstoelen. Maar verder prima, heel erg bedankt Francesco dat we in je huis mochten verblijven!

Gemütliches Haus auf einem traumhaft schönen Grundstück

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier. Francesco ist ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter. Er hat sich alle Zeit genommen, um uns durch das gepflegte Haus zu führen und uns das wunderschöne Grundstück mit Wasserfall zu zeigen. Auch während des Aufenthalts stand uns Francesco immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Für uns das perfekte Ferienhaus!
