Chalet Le Renard Du Lac- close to the Chavanne piste and lake

Chalet Le Renard du Lac is a real gem, sitting just above Les Gets village centre, in a prestigious part of the resort, near the lake. Chalet Le Renard du Lac comprises three storeys of accommodation and sleeps 10 - 12 guests in the comfort of five bedrooms and a separate set of bunk beds on the ground floor. The chalet has all day sun and stunning panoramic views of Mont Chery. The bright but cosy open-plan living area with kitchen and separate dining room provides a fantastic communal space to relax in together, gathered around the wood-burning stove.

Chalet Le Renard du Lac provides easy access to the Chavannes pistes. Most skiers can ski 175m from the chalet door. For complete beginners, there is a free shuttle bus with a 2-3 minute journey time to the main Chavannes lift and ski schools. The bus stops opposite the chalet.

The chalet is located on 496 Route du Lac, F2 on the village plan of Les Gets.

MAD WAX-fully serviced skis and boards can be ordered in advance and delivered to and collected from our chalet to make life easier.

Our chalet benefits from the summer Multi Pass scheme. It is an excellent, cost effective way for our guests to experience the vast array of indoor and outdoor activities in the Portes Du Soleil. The guest just has to pay €2 per day per person with over 60 activities available in the Portes du Soleil area. Such as ski lifts, swimming pools and tennis.

Changeover day is Saturday.

Family ski trip

The property was very well equipped, spacious and clean. I would like to thank Anne, the owner, for being so welcoming and ensuring we had all we needed. Some nice touches were providing us with essential basic ingredients, ski rentals on arrival at the chalet with key points and recommendations e.g. best places to eat. We we even able to arrange a delivery of shopping to the chalet in advance of our arrival. When the snow is good this is a ski in ski out chalet, if not there is a bus that stops just outside the chalet which is only a 5 minute tide to the village a lifts. Anne was very attentive to our needs and always accessible and responsive. My family and I had a great stay and I can highly recommended this chalet and location. Thank you Anne!!!

Ski Trip Perfection!

We had a lovely stay at Chalet Le Renard du Lac with 5 adults and three little kids. To begin with the chalet: it’s spacious and cosy at the same time, well-equipped, and the terrace catches the sun all day. Beautiful views and great location. Just outside the busy town of Les Gets, more quiet and uphill (hence the view). It is situated near the slopes, a 2 minute walk to a blue slope, and at the end of the day you can also ski back up to this point. If you are not skiing, you can walk to town, either via a snowy path (short) or the road (slightly longer). If you are not fan of walking down or back uphill you can take the bus, which stops right outside the chalet. Around the corner, there is a hill for sledding and a nice playground for little kids. And lastly: Anne is of great help, with loads of tips and advice.

Heerlijk privé familiechalet, op loopafstand van het dorp; skipiste is vanuit chalet heel gemakkelijk te bereiken. Klein stukje lopen en op de skies verder. Zowel heen als terug. Nagenoeg ski in, ski out. Vlakbij het meertje en heel geschikt voor gezin met kinderen. Mooi uitzicht, zonnig, mooi balkon. Verblijf in dit chalet voor herhaling vatbaar.
