Enjoy stunning views of Wilder Kaiser mountain and relax in this chalet in St Johann. It has a sauna to rejuvenate and electric heating for a comfortable stay for a group or families with children.

It is a paradise for ski lovers. Ski in and ski out for you are located right on the slopes. During summer activities like summer toboggan runs, golf courses, hiking and biking will keep you engaged. Restaurants are nearby at 300 m and supermarket lie 650 m away. The active town center is only 1 km away.

The Austrian design and electric heating and wood stove gives a cosy ambience. Spend time relishing a barbecue meal and enjoying the fresh air and mountain view from the terrace. Please park the vehicles in the two carports marked Hollerhaus 1-2 and store bicycles and skis in the garden shed. A large collection of games in the right box under the TV in the WoZi. There are books throughout the house that you are welcome to read, look at and study.

Zeer ruim en net vakantiehuis, met ideale ligging: op 5 minuten van de kabelbaan ...

Zeer ruim en net vakantiehuis, met ideale ligging: op 5 minuten van de kabelbaan, op 10 minuten van het centrum van het dorpje. In het dorpje zelf zijn een 3-tal warenhuizen, en vele gezellige restaurants en winkeltjes. Wij maakten veel gebruik van de aangename tuin van het huis, die over twee zithoeken beschikt. De eerste zithoek (vlak naast de woning) was ideaal om 's morgens buiten te ontbijten, de tweede zithoek (onder de grote boom in de tuin) biedt bij warmer weer een prima plekje in de schaduw. Ruime kamers en badkamer, aparte dressing. Knusse woonkamer, en zeer goed uitgeruste keuken (o.a. met koffiemachine van Jura, voor ons een dik pluspunt). Het huis heeft vooraan een mooi uitzicht op het dal/het dorp/de bergen. Vanuit het huis zijn uitstapjes naar o.a. de Kitzbüheler Horn (met o.a. park met touwenparcours, verschillende wandel- en moutainbikepaden, verschillende gezellige berghutten... ) zeer makkelijk te maken. In het dorp zelf bevindt zich het openluchtzwembad 'Panorama Badewelt' (= zwemmen in openlucht met een uniek uitzicht op de bergen), wat absoluut een aanrader is. In de buurt van het dorp zijn ook heel wat andere interessante bezienswaardigheden (o.a. burcht van Kufstein, wandeling door Griessbachkloof, bergmeer Badesee in Going, Achensee...) Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en 'housekeeper'. De eigenaars brachten voor ons de plaatselijke bezoekerskaart in orde, zodat we op vele plaatsen korting kregen op bv. inkomgelden. Wij kunnen enkel zeer positief zijn over ons verblijf, de vakantiewoning is een absolute aanrader!

Sehr gemütliches Chalet mit Charme

Wir ( 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben uns direkt wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, sogar Bademäntel für die Sauna ! Insgesamt haben wir unser Beisammensein immer genossen mit Kaminfeuer und abendlichen Mahlzeiten! Auch für die Kinder gab es Spielzeug und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge. Freitags ist Bauernmarkt in St. Johann, welcher sehr zu empfehlen ist ! Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern und der Hausverwaltung! Insgesamt top!!

Ein Traum in den Bergen

Kurz gesagt: es war die schönste Ferienunterkunft, die wir jemals hatten. Das Hollerhaus ist ein zauberhafter Traum inmitten der Tiroler Alpen mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser. Ich habe lange überlegt, soviel Geld für ein Ferienhäuschen auszugeben und war nach einigen weniger positiven Erfahrungen bis zur Ankunft sehr gespannt. Doch schon die Anreise zum Hollerhaus (etwas höher gelegen über St.Johann) lässt erahnen, dass die Entscheidung richtig war. Vor Ort konnten wir trotz früher Anreise bereits einziehen - die Schlüssel sind in einem Case hinterlegt. Zuerst haben wir den Garten besichtigt - ganz niedlich angelegt, genau, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten laden zum Verweilen zu jeder Tageszeit ein, Grill und Sauna in tadellosem Zustand. Auch der Innenbereich hält keine unangenehmen Überraschungen bereit. Im Gegenteil - zur Begrüßung gibt es eine Flasche Prosecco. Es gibt ganz viel Platz für unsere 4-köpfige Familie, jeder findet seinen Rückzugsort. Das gilt für drinnen und draußen (Balkon bzw. Terrasse auf beiden Seiten des Hauses). Man merkt, dass sich hier jemand ganz viele Gedanken gemacht hat: ausreichend Geschirr und auch Töpfe/Pfannen aller Art für die Selbstversorgung. Überall findet sich genügend Stauraum für alles, was man mitgebracht hat, ausreichend Kleiderbügel etc....das haben wir alles auch schon anderes erlebt. Mein Highlight ist der begehbare Kleiderschrank, wo alles verstaut werden konnte, so dass einem nicht 14 Tage lang die Koffer vor den Füßen stehen. Überall stehen Bücher für jedes Interesse und andere Gegenstände, so dass man die Besitzer des Hauses am liebsten kennenlernen möchte, um sich von ihren vielen Abenteuern erzählen zu lassen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Letztendlich ließ auch die Betreuung durch den Hausmeister Denes keine Wünsche offen... Unser Fazit: ein Traumurlaub, wir kommen definitiv wieder! Der Vollständigkeit halber: eines der oberen Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und insgesamt ist es etwas hellhörig. Das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.
