Summer in the Tyrolean mountains ... simply wonderful. Book now ....

Enjoy cozy hours with friends and family in our chalet. The entrance area is spacious. Furthermore, there is a cozy room on the ground floor with a large dining table. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped (dishwasher, stove, coffee machine etc.). A beautiful tiled stove (electric) invites you to linger. In addition to the TV room (cable TV, DVD player) there is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The large dining table on the sunny and quiet terrace is ideal for breakfast and barbecues.

On the upper floor, all 4 bedrooms are furnished with stylish furniture made of light natural wood (2 bedrooms with large double beds, 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed). There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub and double washbasin and a separate toilet with a vanity. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Kaiser Mountains. The room layout is ideal for 4 adults and 4 children.

Amazing days in wonderfull place

From first moment we has been amazed by this chalet. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Sauna in bedroom with access to terrace is outstanding. Best place to stay in St.Johann, I can fully recommend it.

Alpine Getaway of Dreams

We booked this chalet to try and give our son a magical first impression of Austria and it definitely delivered. We couldn’t have asked for more and we felt cosy and totally at home there. There was everything we needed and more and the location was perfect for us. Christoph couldn’t have been more helpful with our booking and we would love to return.

Absolutely one of the most wonderful vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and spacious, with an exceptionally well outfitted kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living room and dining area in the kitchen both cozy and comfortable living spaces. The sauna was lovely, with beautiful views. Our kids loved playing with the provided toys and games, and the nearby ski school was great. The owner was prompt and kind in communicating. As others have noted, it would be ideal to have a second parking space, but we made do. We didn't have snowy or icy conditions but the location up a significant hill might be tricky for cars (or on foot) if there were. Truly fantastic, and would absolutely stay again.

Perfectly equipped apartment for a wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay in this fully equipped apartment. Everything has been thought of, from spices and oil in the kitchen to toilet paper and hand soap, and even sleds and games. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated with a traditional charm. The sauna was a wonderful addition, especially after a day of skiing, and spacious enough for four adults. The location was convenient, close to the ski lift, though the climb back up was quite steep. Highly recommended!

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung, gemütlichen Betten, modernen Bädern und tollem Ausblick (allerdings nur oben vom Balkon und dem zugehörigen Schlafzimmer). Wir waren im Juli da und haben uns als Familie mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt, für mehr Personen könnte es aber auch schon etwas eng werden. Man kann eigentlich bei jedem Wetter draussen sitzen, da die zweite Terrasse überdacht ist, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnküche finden aber auch alle Platz. Wir hätten uns noch einen etwas größeren Kühlschrank und einen zweiten Parkplatz gewünscht, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist top, da man direkt mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß losfahren/-wandern kann. Da das Wetter in unserer Woche sehr durchwachsen war, haben wir uns sehr über die Sauna gefreut, das stelle ich mir im Winter nach der Piste auch gemütlich vor. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Ein sehr nettes Haus

Alles in Allem war das Quartier super und hat alles wie angeführt gepasst. Ein kleines Problem wäre gewesen, dass aufgrund der Schneeverhältnisse die Abfahrt zum Haus gesperrt war. Wir sind trotzdem abgefahren und es ist (gerade noch) gegangen. Ein kleines Manko ist (wie bereits bei mehreren Bewertungen angeführt), dass nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht, was für 8 Personen natürlich nicht ausreichend ist. Aber im Gesamten gesehen war das Quartier topp - gerne wieder!

Wunderschön!

Das Haus liegt am Hang mit einem tollen Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser und das gesamte Tal. Es ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch nur im entferntesten eventuell brauchen könnte. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist schlicht an alles gedacht. Draußen gibt es vor und hinter dem Haus diverse Sitzmöglichkeien, Terrassen und einen Balkon. Einfach toll!

Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Was für ein tolles Chalet! So gemütlich und mit viel Liebe und schönen Accessoirs eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist etwas erhöht und sehr schön ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war äußerst nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir nach einer Woche wieder abreisen mussten 😉 Also: wenn Tirol-dann buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder das Chalet Kitzhorn

Tolles Haus. Tolles Sauna

Tolles, sehr gut ausgestattes Haus. Die Sauna ist großartig. Bei einem Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern wäre ein 2. Parkplatz gut, da keine weiteren Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.

Wir hatte super schöne Urlaubstage in St. Johann. Das Chalet ist gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die zwei Terrassen machten es möglich zu jeder Tageszeit die Sonne zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
