In the middle of the mountains you will find Haus Fabian. A place where you get the real Austrian feeling, beautiful views over the mountain peaks and thus the opportunity to enjoy all the activities these mountains bring in both summer and winter. After an active day outside, enjoy a drink on the balcony, where you can sit comfortably in both summer and winter

Several skiing areas can be reached in a few minutes by car, also the family skiing area of Kelchsau is very close
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Très bel endroit, très bon accueil

Un logement à l'étage très agréable, bien pourvu, en hauteur, 1000 m, avec de belles vues sur les environs ; un bruit de torrent, mais léger. Un très bon accueil des propriétaires et tout ce qu'il faut. Un très bon point départ pour des randonnées dans les environs et pour des visites (Kufstein, Kitzbühel, Rattenberg, ...).

Sehr gepflegte und großräumige Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtige huis op rustige locatie

Dit huis staat hoger in de bergen met prachtig uitzicht en weinig tot geen omgevingsgeluiden. Je hoort het water vallen van sneeuw dat verderop aan het smelten is. Schoon en verzorgd huis. Eigenaren vriendelijke en zijn hartelijk ontvangen.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad op deze accommodatie! Warme ontvangst door lieve, betrokken gastvrouw. Het appartement was heel schoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien! De omgeving is mooi, je zit midden in de natuur! Daardoor moet je er rekening mee houden dat je vaak gebruik van de auto moet maken als je weg wilt en er verder in de directe omgeving niet veel te doen is. Het is een prima accommodatie als je wilt genieten van rust en natuur!

Fantastisch huis rustig gelegen met alle comfort . Wij verbleven met Opa ,Oma en zoon, schoondochter en 2 kinderen 1 week daar. Vriendelijke ontvangst . Voor kinderen een trampoline in tuin en wat speelgoed . Voor boodschappen moet je wel naar dorp maar je gaat toch ieder dag wel naar beneden . In omgeving veel bergbanen wij hebben een 6 dagen kaart gekocht dat is zeker de moeite waard

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in dit huis en deze omgeving. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de huiseigenaren en kwamen terecht in een prachtig huis met veel voorzieningen. Opvallend was de zorg die besteed was aan de inrichting en de schoonmaak. Veel ruimte en een geweldig uitzicht. We hebben allerlei soorten weer meegemaakt, van een stralende zon, waar we op de verschillende balkons van konden genieten, tot en met een dik pak sneeuw, wat het uitzicht weer compleet veranderde. We hebben veel kunnen wandelen, mooie ritjes gemaakt, maar vooral iedere dag genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanuit een heerlijk vakantiehuis!

Deze Belvilla ligt weliswaar wat ver van de skilift in Hopfgarten, maar de ligging is echt schitterend. Een mooi uitzicht op de bergen rond Kelschau. De weg van het huis naar Hopfgarten is smal en bochtig, maar goed te doen. De bewoners aan de weg zorgen er zelf voor dat deze sneeuwvrij is en goed begaanbaar. Het huis zelf is prima in orde en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontvangst door de moeder (Oma) van de eigenaar was zeer prettig. Later in de week is de eigenaar zelf ook nog even langsgekomen. Zeer vriendelijke en hartelijke mensen. Al met al een zeer geslaagde ski-vakantie in een prettige en aangename Belvilla.
