Cozy XXL semi-detached house with a wonderful panoramic view, in a sunny and quiet location, in the middle of the Zillertal Arena (1,100 m above sea level). Enjoy a wonderful mountain summer in the idyllic holiday resort of Zell am Ziller in the heart of the Zillertal. Warning: access to the accommodation is via a narrow road.Activities nearby: everyone will find their very special mountain experience here: be it hiking, mountaineering, a relaxing walk or on one of the numerous mountain bike trails. A huge amusement park enriches the holiday experience with an outdoor adventure pool with 2 giant slides, 4 outdoor tennis courts and three indoor tennis courts, a modern, 4-lane bowling alley, an adventure playground, a mini golf course, a fun court for basketball and streetball, a beach Volleyball facility, a soccer field and around a restaurant-cafe with a wonderful view of the mountains
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Snow chains recommended. The property is accessed via a narrow road.

Unsere traumhafte Ferienhaus-Erfahrung

Wir waren zu zehnt und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns sogar angeboten, mit ihrem Auto Lebensmittel abzuholen oder uns generell bei Transporten zu unterstützen. Mehrmals hat sie nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen ,das war wirklich herzlich.Das Haus selbst war ein Traum: super sauber, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht ,vom Geschirr über Elektrogeräte bis hin zu genügend Decken für alle. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war atemberaubend, man konnte stundenlang einfach nur schauen und genießen.Das Haus liegt zwar etwas höher, der Fußweg ins Tal dauert etwa 2 Stunden ,aber es fährt regelmäßig ein Bus, etwa alle 30 Minuten bis stündlich. Und das Beste: Man braucht kein extra Ticket, da man von der Gastgeberin ein Gästeticket bekommt, mit dem die Fahrten inklusive sind.Insgesamt war es eine sehr positive, warme und entspannte Erfahrung. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus und die Gastgeberin wirklich nur weiterempfehlen ,es war einfach rundum schön!

Fantastische Lage! We waren dicht bij verschillende skigebieden zoals Zillertal Arena en Ahornbahn, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om de pistes te verkennen, De eigenaren waren zeer gastvrij en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden tijdens ons verblijf, We komen zeker terug!

Jederzeit wieder!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Alles da, was man als Familie braucht. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den vielen Spielgeräten vor Ort (Trampolin, Roller, Federball, Tischtennis, Traktor, Lego, Spiele, Bücher und vieles mehr!). Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin super. Bei Fragen oder Problemen gab es sofort eine schnelle Lösung. Einzig die Anfahrt über eine steile, enge Straße ish etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig :)

Perfekt für Freundesgruppen

Wir hatten als 10er Gruppe einen tollen Urlaub. Es war alles da, was man braucht, v.a. große Töpfe und genug Geschirr für die Anzahl der Leute. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen klasse Blick übers Tal. Leider gab es keine Waschmaschine wie angegeben und der Skibus hält ein paar Kilometer weiter unten statt am Haus. Wir sind dann gezwungenermaßen jeden Tag mit dem Auto runter zur Talstation gefahren.

Das Haus war wunderschön und geräumig. Alles war ordentlich und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Der Besitzer war freundlich und hat uns gut geholfen. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und der Weg dorthin war für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Aussicht hingegen war wunderschön.

Hoch oben im Zillertal

Für unsere Gruppe von 9 Bergwanderern war das Objekt nahezu ideal: Ruhig, bestens ausgestattet, modern/ funktio-nal und praktisch einrichtet; sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wenn man etwas kritisieren will: die Lage erfordert eine lange Anfahrt aus dem Tal, die nächste Seilbahnstation ist zu Fuß ca. 45 Minuten entfernt. Neben dem Haus befindet sich eine Bauruine (kein schöner Anblick, aber nicht störend).
