Mayrhofen: Beautiful cottage "Hauser", 2 storeys, semi-detached, renovated in 2011. In the district of Hollenzen 2 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the skiing area. Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Mayerhofen Larcherhof" 89 m, railway station "Mayerhofen Bahnhof" 2.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths 20 km. Gondola lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 2 km, children's ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Shower. Balcony 18 m2. Beautiful view of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Drink best mountain spring water from the faucet.. There is a small apartment in the attic which is only accessible through the house next door.

Nice accommodation and area

Overall very nice. House is in a good location with an excellent restaurant nearby, access to all Mayrhofen attractions was excellent. Really missed a washing machine, could not find a laundrette either. TV only has two channels! Garden was a nice bonus, the indoor seating is as shown on advert, could have done with some more comfortable seating. Overall well liked by all age groups in our family (7yrs - 74yrs).

Zweck erfüllt - solide Unterkunft für Gruppenreise

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit einer Reisegruppe von 11 Personen (23-32) bewohnt. Der Fokus lag dabei auf möglichst viel Zeit auf der Piste und beim Apres Ski. Daher haben wir verhältnismäßig wenig Zeit im Haus verbracht. In der Küche konnte gut gekocht werden, nur Gewürze / Öl und co. mussten selbst besorgt werden. Die Stube ist mit ausreichend Plätzen ausgestattet, es fehlte aber an gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten zum gemeinsamen entspannen (bspw. Sofa). Duschen und WCs waren top. Leider haben die Matratzen ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und sind sehr durchgelegen. Die Bank auf der großen Terrasse hat hingegen zum verweilen eingeladen. Das Fliegen-Problem aus den vorherigen Bewertungen müssen wir leider bestätigen. In dieser Gruppen Konstellation würden wir das Haus auf jeden Fall erneut buchen, auch wenn die frühe Abreise um 09:00 Uhr für uns nicht optimal war. Besuche durch die Vermieterin könnten netterweise angekündigt werden (durch Klopfen o. Klingeln). Ansonsten verlief der Check In und Check out reibungslos.

Brak w niektórych toaletach umywalek. Brak broszur reklamowych, rozkładów jazdy komunikacji miejskiej i atrakcjami w okolicy. Pensjonat rozpisany dla 15 osób a w 3 pokojach dostawki z mało wygodnych małych wersalek. Brak kluczy do jednego pokoju.Brak hasła do wi-fi w widocznym miejscu. Zostało podane na wyraźną prośbę. 200 % niechęć właścicielki dla psów nawet na zewnątrz budynku.

Wir hatten mit der Familie eine schöne Woche. Das Haus war sauber aber wir hatten ein immenses Fliegenproblem. Da wir eine Familie waren kamen wir auch mit den 4 Duschen und 3 Toiletten zurecht.

Familienurlaub im Sommer

Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind teilweise sehr durchgelegen. Leider gibt es - zumindest im Sommer-eine Fliegenplage-also Fliegenklatsche mitnehmen! Die nicht verhandelbare Abreise bis 09.00 Uhr ist sehr unkomfortabel.

Ruim huis, keuken en bedden slecht

Ontvangst was gehaast en totaal niet vriendelijk, on-Oostenrijks.Het huis was schoon en groot genoeg, meeste bedden waren slecht. Verwarming in alle vertrekken niet door ons te regelen en overdag tot 16u uit, terwijl overdag altijd aantal personen aanwezig waren in het huis. Hierover contact opgenomen, kreeg dezelfde onvriendelijke dame aan de telefoon. Zij had ons gecontroleerd en gezien dat overdag de slaapkamer ramen open stonden en daarom de verwarming niet aan ging.Probleem niet opgelost.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Mayrhofen

Recht saubere Unterkunft. Großzügige Räume. Optimal für Familien! Leider hatten wir immer sehr viele Fliegen im Haus. Abreise um 9.00 war uns persönlich zu früh.

Een goed en verzorgd huis.

Het huis is goed en net. We misten alleen een paar dingen in de keuken. Zoals, een potlikker, slakom, microgolf pot, de microgolf is er maar niet één pot die erin mag. En nog een tip de deur van de beneden kamer kraakt, wat zeer storend is snachts.

Für eine Männertour zum Skifahren war es in Ordnung. Grundsätzlich, die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Vermieterin äußerst nett und kooperativ. Sehr gut ist der angebotene Brötchenservice...morgens um halb sieben waren die Brötchen, welche man aus einer großen Auswahl wählen kann, vor der Tür. Abstriche muss man bei den Sanitäranlagen machen. Lediglich ein Zimmer verfügt über eine Dusche...der Rest (3 WC, 2 Duschen) befindet sich auf den Fluren. Die Küche ist groß und top ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung war so,wie aus der Beschreibung hervor ging.Sie war sehr sauber und für die vielen Leute (wir waren 11) hatten ausreichend Platz.Gute Verkehrsanbindung und recht ruhige Lage.Die Vermieterin haben wir nur bei der Ankunft und bei der Rückgabe der Kaution kurz gesehen.
