For shared use: property. Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Schwendau Drei Linden" 51 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Riding stable 500 m, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 25 m, cross country ski track 50 m. Knus en warm huis

Het huis heeft een prettige woonkamer, ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. Voor tien mensen is het eetgedeelte wat krap. Het huis was daarnaast erg warm en de temperatuur was slecht te regelen. Jammer dat er geen handdoeken (of theedoeken) zijn. Van de pannen zijn de anti aanbak lagen flink beschadigd, deze zijn daardoor niet te gebruiken. Het doucheputje in beide douches stroomde over, dit is tijdens ons verblijf opgelost. De locatie is perfect, binnen een paar minuten ben je bij de lift.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Lediglich im Online Inserat schien es, als ob die Sauna direkt im Haus und nicht im Nebengebäude wäre, dass war etwas verwirrend. Außerdem war der Backofen nur eingeschränkt zu benutzen, was das Kochen Abends erschwert hat.

In der Nähe befindet sich eine Bäckerei und verschiedene Restaurants. Leider gibt es den kleinen Spielplatz am Haus nicht mehr der letztes Jahr bei Buchung noch beworben wurde. Zur Ausstattung: Die Echbank ist schon etwas speckig, das Sofa staubig, aber im großen und ganzen gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Einziges wirkliches Manko: Der Holzofen in der Stube hat kein Gitter....

Ferienhaus Schwndau

Wir waren mit Allem sehr zufrieden. 2 kleine Vorschläge hätten wir jedoch zu machen: 1 größerer oder zusätzlicher Kühlschrank wäre bei so viel Personen sicher besser um alles vor allen Getränke zu kühlen. Die Bettmatratzen waren mega hart, aber das empfindet wohl jeder anders. Sonst alles super.

Mäßig ausgestattet, aber sonst gut

Die Unterkunft war recht spartanisch, hatte aber im Grunde alles für einen Skiurlaub. Seife oder Geschirrhandtücher wären schön gewesen. Obwohl die Häuser nicht mehr nagelneu sind, ist Drumherum noch kein Teer oder befestige Wege, weshalb man immer etwas Dreck mit hereinträgt, wenn man von der Sauna oder Umgebung kommt.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een comfortabel huis waar alles aanwezig is. Een paar (kleine) minpuntjes: - de thermostaat staat standaard hoog waardoor het vrij warm is in de woning. Thermostaatknop zit achter slot en grendel en is dus niet aan te passen. - wifi verbinding is niet constant, en niet voldoende voor netflix oid - de matrassen zijn aan de harde kant.

Schönes Haus. Gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit. Skibus vor dem Haus. Negativ: schwaches Licht in allen Räumen. Sämtliche Sitzmöbel ungeeignet. Gemütliches Sitzen weder auf den Stühlen noch auf dem Ecksofa möglich. Im ganzen Haus umständliche warm kalt Wasserhähne. Nur ein ausreichend großes Waschbecken im ganzen Haus. Ansonsten nur kleine Handwaschbecken. Kein warmer Platz für die Skischule vorhanden

Unterkunft ist geeignet für Kinder und Haustiere. Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche und Essecke eignet sich für maximal 8 Personen. Das Haus ist einfach und zweckmäßig gebaut, jedoch sehr hellhörig. Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft möglich. 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Toilette befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. 4 Schlafzimmer, 1 Toilette, 2 Bäder im OG. Daher nicht für Gehbehinderte oder Rollstuhlfaherer geeignet.

Prima voor een week

Prima huis voor 1 week, de houten eetkamer stoelen zitten zeer beroerd. Bedden liggen prima, toiletten en douches zitten in separate ruimtes wat zeer fijn is. Helaas heeft dit huis maar 1 deur wat lastig is als je in de tuin wilt zitten, hierdoor geen zicht meer op toegangsdeur. Omgeving is gewoon heel mooi met diverse leuke uitstap mogelijkheden.

Urlaub in den Bergen

Man merkt der Wohnung an, dass sie schon ein paar Jahre alt ist. Die Sitzbänke um den Esstisch waren speckig. Der Fernseher im Verhältnis zum Abstand Sitzecke war winzig. Die Zimmer schön und ausreichend gross. Der Saunabereich sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche funktionabel, mehr Gefrierfachkapazität wäre wünschenswert.

Urige Unterkunft

Das Haus war okay, recht gemütlich und originell. Die Lage an der Straße hat uns nicht so gefallen, da der Straßenverkehr uns jeden Morgen geweckt hat. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass uns keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Aus der Buchungsbestätigung ging das nicht klar hervor . Wir haben schon oft Ferienwohnungen gemietet und bisher immer Handtücher vorgefunden. In diesem Fall eine etwas sonderbare Praxis.
