Kirchbichl House lies by a ski slope, at the Kirchbichl practice slope. All lifts, about 90 total, are reachable. Rodelbahn, the emperor cross-country ski run for cross-country skiing, and center places with restaurants and bars are attainable by foot. You do not need a car! At the Ellmauer swimming pool, which has free baths and a gorgeous sauna territory, is a magnificent way to end the day. An 18-hole golf course and a 9-hole practice course are only 5 minutes away by car, 8 more golf courses are in the next neighborhood.

Fotos sind das eine Realität das andere

Auf den Fotos scheint es eine gepflegte Unterkunft zu sein. In echt ist es eher ein von Pflanzen zugewachsenes Grundstück zu sein. Das gehört offenbar nur zum Teil zur Unterkunft da man mehrmals gewarnt nur mit 2 Autos nur auf eine bestimmte Stelle zu stellen sonst gibts Ärger. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist nicht unbedingt freundlich und es kann Nachts schon mal lauter werden. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil nur durch 19 mm 3Schicht Tischlerplatten getrennt, keine Wände. Die Terrasse ist Uralt und man muss aufpassen dass man nicht stolpert, weil die Kunststoffplatten sich durch Sonne Regen verformt und aufgewellt sind. Duschen wird schwierig, kaum Wasser, keine Dusche nur Duschkopf in der Wanne über die man erst mal so hoch drübersteigen kann. Sauberkeit naja, aufgrund der alten Fliesen und Ausstatttung geht wohl nicht mehr. Es muss einem auch klar sein, durch den Standort weiter oben in einer Siedlung Haus an Haus von Tourismusobjekten, dass der Zugang zu Fuss beschwerlich ist. In Summe, für das Geld das so ein Haus (quasi dann nur die Hälfte) für die Zeit kostet, wäre ein nicht ganz so in die Jahre gekommenes Domizil und Ausstattung wünschenswert.

Super schönes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der große Gemeinschaftsraum war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt! Selbst hier kann man sich mit mehreren Parteien aufteilen, da es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten gibt. Auch eine große Auswahl an Büchern und DVDs waren vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber und einladend gestaltet.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht auch für die große Anzahl an möglichen Gästen. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend! Auf jedem Stockwerk konnte man den Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser genießen. Bis auf ein paar kleinere Dinge waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Kontakt hatten wir allerdings lediglich mit der Putzfrau, welche uns mitteilte, dass alle bekannten Mängel bereits in Bearbeitung sind. Negatives: In einigen Räumen ging das Licht nur sporadisch. Mal flackerte es, mal hatte man gar kein Licht. In 2 von 5 Schlafzimmern konnten man die Türen nur sehr schwer und laut schließen, was vor allem nachts oder bei schlafenden Kindern nicht sehr angenehm war. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes gab es lediglich zwei Schlüssel. Schwierig wenn man sich mit insgesamt 4 Parteien ein Haus teilt. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und denken gerne daran zurück.

Toller Ausblick auf den Kaiser

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es da das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett sehr hellhörich ist und die Türen auf der zweiten Etage nicht schließen. Da müsste mal ein Fachmann ran. Wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist wäre es auch schön wenn es einen Schlüssel zu den Badezimmern gäbe.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet, nicht so modern und steril wie andere Wohnungen. Die Lage ist super. Nah am Lift, Schwimmbad in der Nähe und auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren gehen. Der Schnee war leider zu wenig, trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.

Ideal für eine Gruppe

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Mit fünf Schlafzimmern hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist sehr groß und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ganz kleine Ergänzung: Eine beschichtete Pfanne wäre nett. Vor allem für Eierspeisen sinnvoll ☺️.

Gut ausgestattestes Ferienhaus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Die Schlafräume haben eine gute grösse, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sauber Bäder. Einige Fenster sind nicht mehr ganz dicht/schlecht eingestellt, sodass es etwas reinzieht. Bei uns funktionierte beim Ankommen die Heizung nicht richtig. Die Ansprechsperson vor Ort regelte dies aber schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus befindet sich in guter Lager, wir würden es wieder mieten.
