This holiday home is at an altitude of 1000 m and at a superb position in the well-known Brixen Valley. It is only 4 km from the village of Hopfgarten and consists of two detached houses. A large 1200 m2 plot of land with a spacious garden with furniture surrounds the house. Notably, the free ski bus stops directly in front of the house, so you can go cross-country skiing directly from there. This home is ideal for 6 couples or a large group travelling together.

500 m away is a forest where you can go for an evening stroll. The lake and town centre are 4 km away, where you can be part of fabulous nightlife. The nearest restaurants are 2 km away, should you like to go for fine dining, while supermarkets can be found 3 km away, in case you want to go grocery shopping.

There are 5 bedrooms on the first floor with double beds and satellite TVs each. The home also offers a roof terrace where you can meditate, read a good book or sit with your loved ones.

Innsbruck Airport is 80 km away.

Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen. Jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, auch wenn die Bäder in den Doppelzimmern relativ klein sind und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten bieten. Ein Regal oder Badezimmerschrank wäre hier hilfreich. Im Wohnzimmer, das auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, gibt es nur Sitzgelegenheiten auf Stühlen oder Bänken, aber kein Sofa zum Liegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch ist die Anzahl der kleinen Löffel begrenzt. Der überdachte Sitzbereich im Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Ein Weber Holzkohlegrill mit Anzündkamin rundet das Ganze ab. Die Außenbeleuchtung könnte etwas heller sein. Negativ aufgefallen ist die Sauberkeit. In den Ecken war überall Schmutz, und der zusammengekehrte Dreck von der letzten Reinigung lag noch hinter einer Tür. Leider gibt es keinen Staubsauger im Haus. Vereinzelt gab es Silberfische in der Küche, und die Küchenschubladen waren schmutzig. Auch die fehlenden Außenrollos sind uns negativ aufgefallen. Die Schlafzimmer waren bei hohen Temperaturen den ganzen Tag der Sonne ausgesetzt, was abends zu einer unangenehmen Wärme in den Zimmern führte. Zudem gab es keinen Abstellraum für unsere E-Bikes. Bei dem Preis hätte ich diese Dinge eigentlich vorausgesetzt. Zudem stimmt der Ausblick auf den Fotos nicht; man blickt direkt auf ein Haus, das etwa 10-15 Meter entfernt steht. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Hopfgarten (2-3 km). Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind schnell und gut zu erreichen.

In een onwijs mooie omgeving staat een prachtig huis. Deze accommodatie is perfect voor jong en oud. De gastheer en vrouw zijn op en top. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Heerlijk geluncht in de bergen bij een authentieke kaasboer. Al met al een top ervaring!

Im großen und ganzen war‘s ein schöner Aufenthalt.Highlight sind die separaten Bäder zu jedem Zimmer.Die Matrazen sind teilweise sehr unbequem, hier könnte man evtl. in neue Investieren. Die Fotos von außen sind schon etwas älter, die Nachbargrundstücke sind bebaut.Aber wie gesagt, uns hat‘s gefallen.

Ferienhaus sehr geräumig, gut geeignet für Gruppen haben nur Ablagen in den Bäder vermisst Regale wäre sehr hilfreich Küchenutensilien könnten mal erneuert werden, speziell Pfannen es fehlen Schüsseln Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit hatten eine gute Zeit

Top Skiurlaub

Super Hütte für den Skiurlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Schlafzimmer großer Gemeinschaftsraum, zwei Kühlschränke, Ständer zum trocknen der Skischuhe 👍 Lebendige Stimmung am Abend mit Musik war auch kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder.

Het is een ideaal huis om in een grote groep een actieve vakantie te beleven. Gr ...

Het is een ideaal huis om in een grote groep een actieve vakantie te beleven. Grote voordeel is een aparte woning met slaapgedeelte waar ook douches zijn en een andere woning waar met eet-, leef- , en feestgedeelte. Ook de aanwezigheid van een sauna is een pluspunt. Wij hadden voldoen kamers boven, maar er zijn beneden op kelderverdieping nog 2 kamers voor 6 personen die er niet echt als comfortabele slaapkamers uitzien (maar dan moet je al met meer dan 20 gaan). Een nadeel is wel dat centraal op het terrein het verwarmingshuisje staat waar op hout gestookt wordt en de rookafvoer is niet echt goed geplaatst. Soms wel reukhinder hiervan in de huisjes. Verder echt ideale accomodatie voor groepen van 20 personen
