Lovely farmhouse dating back to the 16th century. WIFI TV with freeview and DVD, woodburning stove. Wet room. NT Plas Newydd a mile away. Newborough beach ten minute drive away, shops and restaurants in Menai Bridge 4 miles away.
This pretty farmhouse dates back to the 16th Century, and it has been restored and renovated with great attention to detail. Look out for a tiny window in the sitting room - this used to be the pantry where meat was hung from hooks in the ceiling.
The bright, spacious kitchen and dining room has the original beamed ceiling and a shaker style kitchen, well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, steamer and all the cooking utensils that you could need, French doors open from the conservatory dining area on to a decked area outside.
Sofas and chairs surround the wood burning stove in the sitting room. There is a plentiful supply of wood for the fire and a wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player to ensure a cosy evening.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with a fantastic en-suite wet room with loo and wash hand basin. There are three further bedrooms upstairs (two double rooms and a twin).Much care has gone into the details and decoration of these rooms, which have exposed stone walls and original pitch pine floorboards.
There is a fabulous bathroom with a double-ended bath, loo, wash hand basin and separate shower.
The garden has pretty flowering shrubs, with pleasant views across lush pasture land to the hills of Snowdonia. The decked area is great for al fresco meals, and in fine weather the garden is a lovely sun trap.
"A great house in a great location, close to Llanddwyn Island and its long golden beach. Menai Bridge is ten minutes away and the house is beautifully presented."

Here you can also join the Anglesey Coastal Path and experience some wonderful scenery.
