TY'N CAE, pet friendly, character holiday cottage in Red Wharf Bay
Welcoming house with sea views over Red Wharf Bay. WiFi, TV and DVD player. A good pub and restaurant 3 minute walk. Further amenities in Menai Bridge a 12 minute drive away. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £20 per pet, per stay.
From it's hilltop position, the wonderful Ty'n Cae has far reaching sea views over Red Wharf Bay and the stunning coastline of eastern Anglesey. Within walking distance is The Boathouse, one of Anglesey's best restaurants.This lovely holiday cottage has a flexible and cosy living space and is equally well suited to a party of 6.
The large cosy sitting room has flat screen TV with freeview & DVD player and lots of games and books for cosy nights in! There is also a wood burning stove and lovely french doors if you want to bring in the sunshine.The day room is next to the dining room and has a lovely outlook with a large window and radio to enjoy your morning coffee.
This well equipped kitchen/diner has everything you need with a cafatiere, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker with setting for slow cooking.The dining space has wonderful views and plenty of seating.The utility room has was/dryer with plenty of storage space.
There are four bedrooms.The ground floor comprises of a master bedroom with king size bed with French doors to outside.Another double with king size bed is on the ground floor with a steep staircase to a antique style daybed that’s made up as a single but can be a double or two singles on request.There is a twin bedroom up a staircase from the hallway.
The master bedroom has an en-suite with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin.The main bathroom has a walk in shower, double ended bath with loo and wash hand basin.
The garden has outdoor wrought iron furniture with wonderful views over the stunning bay and surrounding countryside, you will find it hard to tear yourself away.
For walkers, you can pick up the Anglesey Coastal Path down by the beach, with plenty of flora and fauna to see, and there are lots of cycling paths near by. Why not take a trip to nearby Beaumaris with its wonderful castle and pier, and lots of places to eat and drink (the Red Boat Ice-cream shop is not to be missed) and lovely views. Or travel up the coast to the pretty seaside village of Moelfre with its strong lifeboat connections, and amazing chip shop.

Bed-linen and towels provided. Pub and restaurants 0.5 miles. NOTE: Children and dogs should be supervised when in the garden as there is no balustrade on the patio and a pond in the garden. Note: This property only accepts Friday check ins.
Town: Along the northeast coast of Anglesey is the very large (4.5 mile-long) bay of Red Wharf Bay; its Welsh name of Traeth Coch (Red Beach) rining true as the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow, and at low tide almost 10 square miles of sand is uncovered to provides safe bathing, perfect for family fun, fishing and miles of stunning, scenic walks. The large bay attracts a huge number of waterfowl and wading birds, including shell duck, grey plover, purple sandpipers, curlew, oystercatchers and dunlin. Only 3 miles away is the delightful medieval town of Beaumaris, which boasts a 13th century moated castle, lovely buildings housing excellent shops, olde-worlde pubs, restaurants, bistros, museums, as well as a golf course and exciting pleasure boat and sea fishing trips. This is a beautiful location on the east coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey.
