Great holiday unfortunately our neighbours complained about my children playing so wouldn't suggest
Great holiday unfortunately our neighbours complained about my children playing so wouldn't suggest if you want a totally silent holiday . Perfect location , furniture on the house looks a little tired and toilet was a bit grubby on the top floor. No wifi which is a pain ...Overall tho we had a good holiday the location and view is excellent. I have stayed at the Quay last April (number 2 ) I would defo recommend to others.

The house is situated in the most superb position with fabulous views .
The house is situated in the most superb position with fabulous views .The location is quiet and car parking safe .The house is well equipped especially the kitchen .
One or two issues with hygiene and safety need addressing ....
1.On arrival the dining room chairs were not clean and covered in stale food and stains .
The table had debris from a previous 40th birthday celebration .
2.The settees are in a sorry state concealed by throws .
3.The balcony table is unsafe and has sharp edges around the aluminium top.
However ,if these issues are addressed ,they are easily put right ,and it is a wonderful holiday accommodation .

Superb location.
Superb location. Well equipped, comfortable accommodation. Two great places for food within a couple of minutes walk. Only minor complaints i.e. not made clear on website no wi-fi, no bath mats, shower towels on the small side. Have to move things around to create space for food

7 of us stayed in the house for one week. The location was fantastic and the house was lovely. The photos don’t do the house justice! The only thing that let it down was how dirty the house was. I pulled a drawer out in one of the bedrooms and found some cotton buds and food wrappers. My inquisitive 2 year old was opening drawers in another bedroom and had two tablets in his hand which he found in them! We quickly binned them but god knows what they could be. Lovely house, great location but new cleaners are needed!

Fabulous views, accommodation is on three floors so family split up, noise insolation was poor between floors and doors closed with a bang so excited grandchildren running around made a lot of noise.
The TV only received a few channels and no HD and there is no internet.
The facilities were OK and the beds comfortable, heating was good once it started working and the living room was comfortable.
Needed to use the electric shower because the hot water run out as did the toilet paper.
but to wake up to that view made it memorable.
Given the chance we all agreed we would go again.

Overall this was a lovely house for the whole family.
The whole family enjoyed our stay, we loved the view and the easy access to lovely walks. Sadly the the oven did not work, the upstairs bathroom was not completely clean and the shower seemed to leak into the bunk-room. The entire property could have been a bit cleaner.

Neighbors had three very noisy dogs that barked alot of the time.
Fantastic location was just let down by a few cosmetic things but all in all would probably book again.
