Hosting five bedrooms, including two doubles with an en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with an en-suite shower room, a double and a triple, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to 11 guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory with a TV and air hockey table and competition level pool table. . Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, hot tub and furniture. Treat your friends and family to a group celebration at Monarfon. Note: for the Christmas week booking, the owner will add a Christmas tree and decorations for stay.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 7 x TV's, WiFi, books, games and toys for various age groups plus a kids games table with 12 games that includes pool. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available upon request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with lawn, patio, hot tub and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: The property has ramp access to the side of the property, making it accessible for those with limited mobility. Note: for the Christmas week booking, the owner will add a Christmas tree and decorations for stay.

Fabulous time spent at this property . 8 of us stayed and it was perfect. Everything you need . Beautiful coastal walk only 5 mins from house. Beds were all so comfortable, kitchen has everything you need . Thank you for giving us all a lovely stay
