Bedroom 6: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, (Accessed Via Bedroom 5)
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. Public car park, 400 yards. No smoking.. This property is set in the historic town of Beaumaris on the Menai Strait - with its medieval castle dating back to the reign of Edward I, and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse. Situated amongst a row of properties, Kings House was built in the 18th century about 1720. It did not however become the Inn until 1829, and has not functioned in that capacity for over 100 years. Deceptive in size from the front, the property offers spacious holiday accommodation, with six large bedrooms and plenty of living space. The good-sized courtyard to the rear of the property is opened onto from the conservatory and snug.
There is plenty to do in the area, with sailing being a very popular pastime. For golfing enthusiasts, there are two good golf courses to play on, and with several restaurants and pubs in the area, visitors will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out. Horse riding can also be found locally. There are also the many beaches in the area - Beaumaris has its own small beach, but not too far away is Red Wharf Bay which has a large sandy beach. There are also many other beaches on the island - Rhosneigr and Trearddur Bay to name just two. The nearest beach is just 1 minute’s walk from the property. Discover the island’s varied coastline, which is perfect for watersports, leisure centres and Sea Zoo.
For those who reluctantly wish to leave the beauty of Anglesey, North Wales offers unrivalled beauty in the form of the Snowdonia National Park. Historic castles await exploration and there are many excellent walks to suit all levels. Llandudno makes for an enjoyable day out, as does a trip on the Ffestiniog Railway. Day trips are available to Ireland from Holyhead port. Shops 200 yards, pub 20 yards.

Good sized cottage, parking maybe an issue in summer months, needs a bit of care, musty smell in main lounge, several cobwebs about, and paint off in places. Towels just standard size.
Closed in garden was great for children and dog. Hot tub was clean and secure to prevent children opening.
Lots of pots, plates etc. big cooker. A little disappointed no welcome pack, even a pint of milk would have been nice. Would recommend a stay here great area.
Good practical property in a central location. Slightly run down in parts, but overall very comfortable.

A great house for large families, we travelled with our 3 sons their wives and 5 grandchildren.
A great house for large families, we travelled with our 3 sons their wives and 5 grandchildren. Plenty of space and bathrooms to go round. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious. Lots of equipment and a separate utility room with washer and dryer. Lounges were comfortable although we spent most time in the family kitchen. In an ideal location to explore Beaumaris and the surrounding beaches. Car parking was close by and very reasonable. Some good restaurants nearby would recommend the Indian and the pub at the end of the street. The hot tub was a bonus a great way to relax. We had a great holiday.
With a few extra touches I would have given 10 s all round.
It is described as luxury however in places it is very tired, the garden area needs attention as does the garden furniture. Not many towels were supplied and there was not a BBQ that was fit for use. Could have done with some fans particulary in the attic room which was very hot and stuffy. Perhaps a phone call to check everything was ok would have been nice.

Well equipped house with plenty of space.
Well equipped house with plenty of space. Having the extra fridge in the utility area was great & the kitchen was well set out. Also plenty of hot water & showers were nice & powerful. Only slight niggle is could do with a good dust & general clean. (could be due to someone being in just before us however if it can't be turned around properly in the time given then it shouldn't be let out with back to back bookings.) Also a house book didn't seem very up to date & not easily found. This are only minor things though & would not stop me recommending to someone.
