Words cannot describe how splendid this holiday house is! Standing above the Menai Strait, on Anglesey, half way between Menai Bridge and Beaumaris, it has spectacular views with the dramatic backdrop of Snowdonia and its ever changing scenery. At night time the twinkling lights of boats sitting on their moorings, floodlit Penrhyn Castle and the moonlight on the mountains and sea is amazing.

"Words cannot describe how splendid this house is! Spectacular views, a shabby chic, friendly house, not for those wanting top of the range, just enjoy stunning views and your friends and family."
Tan Y Coed is a gloriously happy house with a shabby chic charm. There are staggering sea views from every window, a terrace running the full length of the house and a full sized billiard table. It has a strong history which can be discovered in the Menai Bridge Heritage Museum, the well known Saint Tysilio lived on Church Island, just off of Anglesey in the 9th century, hence the name of the 14th century St. Tysilio's Church. Menai Bridge itself offers a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. In terms of entertainment, this is an ideal spot with something for everybody, there is the butterfly palace 'Pili Palas' which is incredibly popular with families, as well as the astounding Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens well worth a walk around.
