About this property
YNYS CASTELL, pet friendly, country holiday cottage in Menai Bridge
Ynys Castell rests in Menai Bridge, sleeping thirteen people in seven bedrooms.
There is a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, dining seating, a sitting area with TV and an external utility with washing machine and fridge/freezer. Also, there is a snug, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a first-floor living/dining room with a balcony. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with an en-suite, a double and a bunk bedroom with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom, a twin, and a single bedroom, along with a cloakroom and shower room. Outside, there is a large garden with furniture, off-road parking for two cars and space for boats. There is a highchair and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Apologies, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.6 miles there is a shop and pub. Please note: Children must be supervised at all times due to the sea and cliffs close-by.
Amenities: Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. Washing machine in utility room. 2 x TV, DVD Player, CD player, selection of books and toys. Wood-burner currently not available. Towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars and further parking at the bottom of the drive. Boats welcome. Large mature gardens with lawned and patio areas with garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (charges apply currently £20 per dog per week). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Note: The unique island location means that there are areas of cliff face and of course the sea within close proximity to the cottage and guests with young children need to be mindful of this. The tide stays on the causeway for up to 4 hours, then off for up to 8 hours so arrival and departure times will vary to accommodate the tide. Note: Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: One of two bridges connecting Wales to the mainland is located in this charming town, which is situated right on the edge of the Isle of Anglesey. It's a terrific place to stay while on vacation and for touring this stunning island. The well-known Saint Tysilio, who is commemorated in the 15th-century St. Tysilio's Church, lived on Church Island, off the coast of Anglesey, during its long history, which can be learned about in the Menai Bridge Heritage Museum. Menai Bridge itself has a good selection of stores, bars, and eateries. The Pili Palas butterfly palace, which is a favourite among families, as well as the breathtaking Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens are just a couple of the attractions that make this a great place for enjoyment.
