Tides Unit 202 is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach for up to six guests. The layout has one king bed and two full beds. The balcony, living area, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom offer broad views across the pool and beach to the Gulf. Palm trees frame the wide Gulf and horizon views. The listing photos show the exact view. TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms.



Included with your stay: Beach access, the seasonally heated Tides upper pool and kiddie pool, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, and mini golf.



Not included: The private TOPS'L Club, fitness center/gym, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, resort tennis courts, lower pool, lower pool deck, and Blue Dunes Grill.



Check-in is 4:00 PM CT and checkout is 10:00 AM CT. No pets, smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM CT.



Condominium association rules require an adult age 25 or older to stay throughout the reservation. The booking guest must be at least 25, sign the rental agreement and stay for the full reservation; third-party bookings are not allowed. After booking, we send a secure OwnerRez link to sign the agreement, upload a government-issued photo ID so our team can verify the signer’s identity and age for association compliance, and confirm a current phone number for the stay. Complete these steps within four hours of booking if arrival is seven days or less away; otherwise, by 9:00 AM Central Time on the second calendar day after booking. Contact us through your booking channel if you have difficulty.



A required $500 temporary authorization hold is processed by the host on the guest’s credit card three days before arrival and released five days after departure, less any amount kept for documented guest-caused costs allowed by the agreement and law. This temporarily reduces available credit or funds; the bank may take additional time to reflect release. Any exceptions for an owner, family or friends stay must be expressly confirmed in writing by our team.



Parking is paid, limited to two vehicles, and requires passes collected at the guard shack on entry. The required TOPS'L registration charge shown in the booking price includes one or two parking passes, up to the two-vehicle maximum.
