An apartment of 75sqm exclusive elegance located on the first floor of Casa Nives. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and has two comfortable terraces that allow our guests to enjoy a pleasant sea view.

Large modular spaces from 2 to 7 beds, characterized by simple and modern furnishings. The refined colors will make our guests' stay even more pleasant and relaxing.

The predominant colors are Tiffany, Anthracite and neutral White. Colors with very elegant soft tones that make the environment pleasantly warm and familiar.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Our guest will be able to live their summer and winter holidays as if he were in his own home.

Nice beach holiday

Everything was all right. Appartment with very good localisation, close to beach and shops. Many bike routes. Beautifull historical places nearby. Extremly nice owner.

Semplicemente perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato durante il weekend di Pasqua ed è tutto era davvero impeccabile. La dimora è molto accogliente, moderna e di buon gusto, pur mantenendo intatto lo stile del luogo. Il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo e nella casa non manca davvero nulla, ogni dettaglio era first nei minimi particolari. Speriamo di aver occasione di tornarci presto.
