Elfi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir sind schon sehr früh in Sottomarina angekommen und es wurde uns ermöglicht, schon in der früh um 7 Uhr einzuchecken. Die Wohnung ist absolut toll. In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es gleich einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Dönerladen.Insgesamt waren wir zu sechst in dieser Wohnung zusammen mit unseren beiden Söhnen, sowie Oma und Opa. Wir wären alle sehr gerne länger geblieben.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Net appartement met veel ruimte, centraal gelegen

We hebben 1 week in dit appartement gelogeerd. Centraal gelegen. Supermarkt, fruit, bakker aan de overkant van de straat. Heerlijk dat er 4 ligbedden op het strand bij het appartement horen. Deze hebben ook een mooie locatie niet ver van de zee en barretje in de buurt. 1 van de 2 douches in het appartement is heel fijn. Ook fijn dat Airco, wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig is. Gastvrouw Elfi ontving ons goed en was goed bereikbaar bij vragen.

Entspannte Weihnachtsferien am Meer

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Winter in Sottomarina / Chioggia und haben diese Zeit auch sehr genossen: sonnige Strandspaziergänge, entspanntes Einkaufen und ein sehenswertes Feuerwerk an Silvester! Die Wohnung ist extrem gut ausgestattet: WLAN, Smart-TV, Zentralheizung, Putzmittel/Reiniger, naher Parkplatz - um nur eine Auswahl zu nennen. Wir haben in den zwei Wochen Aufenthalt absolut nichts vermisst. (Allerdings haben wir unsere Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht, da wir für die lange Zeit mit dem vorhandenen Mokkakocher nicht ausgekommen wären.) Die Wohngegend ist zentral und wie in den anderen Bewertungen bereits erwähnt, liegen viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants (und natürlich der Strand) fußläufig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt ging immer schnell. Eine absolute Empfehlung für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer!

Super Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist super schön ! Mega ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch super, der Strand und Parkplatz ist ca. 5min entfernt. Vier Liegen und Zwei Schirme sind inklusive.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Viele Restaurants und Bars um die Ecke. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! Die Vermieterin ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Eine sehr sympathische Frau und mega Hilfsbereit. Sollten wir wieder nach Chioggia kommen, auf jeden Fall in diese Wohnung!!

Prima verblijf, alleen parkeersplaats is niet 24/7 open dit was niet gemeld, s’avonds dus niet meer met de auto weg tot ochtends acht uur. Hierdoor extra kosten moettn maken en auto stuk verder moeten parkeren

Super. Ein Traum von Wohnung

Wir waren zu sechst. Kinder und Erwachsene. Es ist einfach alles da was man braucht. Sogar Waschmittel und Spülitabs. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Teenager war vom WLan überzeugt. Über die Strasse gleich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Käse und Fleischtheke. Dann gleich 2 Bäcker 50 Meter weiter. Eisdielen, Restaurants die Altstadt von Choggia und sogar ALDI alles in Laufweite. Es war perfekt. Am Strand gehören 2 Schirme mit 4 Liegen in 2. Reihe zum Apartment. Strandrestaurant. Super sauber. Riesiger Kinderspielplatz mit Rutschen. Duschen, einfach alles da. Zum Strand ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Es zieht sich einfach weil der Strand so breit ist. Kinderwagen ist zu empfehlen und es gibt einen befestigten Weg praktisch bis zur Liege. Wir habe auch die ganze Woche die Spielsachen an der Liege über Nacht im Beutel gelassen, auch die Schwimmringe etc. Sehr sicherer Strand. Der reservierte Parkplatz fürs Auto ist am Strand. An der Wohnung gibt es direkt keinen Langzeitparkplatz. Schnell mal was ein und ausladen geht aber. Strand ist Sehr flach abfallend ohne Steine ideal für Kinder. Die Wohnung kann man auch ohne Auto gut nutzen. Teile von unserer Truppe sind mit Bahn (Venedig-Mestre) und Bus angereist. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut englisch und hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert.

Wunderschön

Eine sehr zentrale Wohnung, in einem ruhigen Haus! Sauber, ordentlich, super ausgestattet und großzügig! Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und auch erreichbar, sehr nett! Zur Wohnung gehören 2 Schirme mit 4 Liegen an einem sauberen Strand in 2. Reihe! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

An absolute gem for a beach vacation!

We were six adults and spent seven nights at Elfi's wonderful apartment in downtown Sottomarina and it was all around perfect! - The location is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood, a supermarket is across the street, the beach is 5 min by foot, a tennis court and an arcade are 5 min by foot, the old town is 15min by foot etc. Plenty of gelato places and restaurants nearby. The apartment goes out back so even though it's not high up and by a lively street, what we could hear of the street noise with windows open didn't disturb at all. - The apartment is super nice, spacious, clean, modern, well furnished and has all the amenities you need for a group stay: e.g. we usually bring most kitchen essentials like towels or knives because some holiday apartments have low-quality pieces but we could have left everything at home because Elfi had it all (even clothing pegs for the laundry). The pictures and descriptions given in the listing are accurate. - We loved the close access to the sandy-golden beach (clean, well-kept, not very crowded during the week, somewhat busy on the weekends with locals), and truly appreciated the included beach chairs as well as the parking spaces. - Elfi was an exceptional host for us: very friendly, proactive, helpful, always responsive when we had a question. 10/10 we would recommend - and we'd definitely come stay again if we come back to Chioggia.

Amazing Property 2 blocks from the beach!!

We came to Italy from the USA to see Venice and found this gem on VRBO. Our host Elfi met us after an 8 hour flight at the apartment and showed us around. It is clean, extremely comfortable, spacious and in a FANTASTIC location. They also had free parking (about a block from the property) and complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas. The neighborhood is totally walkable with many restaurants and shops; there’s even a grocery store directly across the street! It was more than enough room for 2 adult couples & a third bedroom we didn’t even need, but would be perfect for kids. Wince is only a 45 minute car ride or you could take a ferry. This was our first visit to Europe and our visit to Chioggia was amazing- especially our accommodations.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung in günstiger Lage zum Strand

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geräumig – wir waren mit 6 Personen dort –, ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen. Am Strand ist man in zwei Minuten, und die Altstadt von Chioggia ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin Elfi war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation schnell und problemlos. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes Apartment

Das Drei-Schlafzimmer Apartment ist zentral gelegen, ein Supermarkt liegt direkt gegenüber. Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe sind zahlreich. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Die Angaben zum Parkplatz sind etwas geschönt, so nah ist der dann doch nicht. Aber es geht. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Super!!! Very nice !!!

Bellissimo appartamento pulito con tutti i confort! Per la cucina è presente il tutto per cucinare. La location è perfetta per una vacanza relax, in centro a Sottomarina con market e tutto a pochi metri. È tutto pensato per una vacanza adatta dagli infanti fino agli anziani! Tre camere e due bagni top ... ah dimeticavo ci sono due terrazzi e aria condizionata indipendente in ogni stanza.
