We had a truly lovely holiday!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed – it felt well cared for and thoughtfully equipped.The pool area was one of the highlights: spacious, beautiful, and perfect for both play and relaxation. We really enjoyed spending time there as a family.There are quite a few house rules, which might feel a bit much at first, but everything ran smoothly, and it’s clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into keeping the place nice for everyone.All in all, we highly recommend this place – and would be happy to return in the future!

Wonderful hosts

The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby.

A lovely place to relax

A very well equipped apartment, very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the large pool and the garden. Each apartment has its own loungers and chairs by the poolside and also on the various terraces and patios. Our apartment, Daisy, had three more beds in the attic which can be used by children. Great communication with the hosts. You need a car to get around as the property is a bit of the grid. There are several more apartments some of them facing the garden. Try to get one if those!

Traumhafte Ruheoase

Das Anwesen liegt Abseits inmitten von Feldern in Ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem sind alle notwendigen Geschäfte schnell erreichbar (super Bäcker 3 Minuten mit dem Auto, großer Supermarkt 10 Minuten). Das private Anwesen ist von Guerrino und seiner Frau mit viel Liebe gestaltet und die Wohnung sehr wertig und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und Guerrino hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch in der Folgezeit stand er immer zur Verfügung und hat sich gekümmert: vielen lieben Dank an dich und Antonella! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten nach 8 Tagen im App. Daisy noch die Möglichkeit 5 Tage ins App. Violet umzuziehen und unseren Urlaub zu verlängern. Alles war top! Antonella und Guerrino sind tolle Vermieter und immer super hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt!

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet worden und die Kilmaanlage ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben (wir hatten >35 Grad). Der Pool war grandios und wir hatten unseren eigenen Liegebereich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Urlaub ist Landhausvilla

Sehr schöne Villa, ist sauber, modern und doch ein Stück italienische Geschichte, freundliches Personal und vor allem freundliche Besitzerin und Besitzer. Die Informationsmappe zu dem Ort und zu der Umgebung mit der Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten ist sehr ausführlich vorbereitet und sehr hilfreich für die Planung der Urlaubstage. Ab der Reservierung haben wir unser sofort super aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ab der ersten Minute sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung und das Gelände sind genau so wie in der Anzeige. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet. Die Villa hat einen sehr hohen Sicherheitsstandard. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Eine der schönsten und saubersten Ferienwohnungen/ Unterkunft die wir bisher hatten. Sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts, rundum Service , bei allen Anliegen waren die Vermieter behilflich. Es gab eine herzliche Begrüßung und eine sehr gute Übergabe der Wohnung. Die Privatsphäre zu den anderen Wohnungen ist gewahrt. Jegliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Sehr zentral gelegen , daher perfekt für Ausflüge nach Venedig, Bologna oder Verona.. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und der Vermieter war sehr nett (tolle Tipps für Ausflüge). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und der Pool ist ein Highlight. Chioggia, Venedig, Padua, Po-Delta-alles tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und sehr schön angelegt(Pool, private Sitzbereiche, Sonnenliegen und Lounges). Die Wohnung Daisy ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sind top. Es lagen sogar für die gesamte Familie Handtücher, Duschtücher und Badetücher für den Pool bereit. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch Antonella und Guerrino waren sehr herzlich. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Holiday in Chioggia

First of all id like to thank the owner for a beautyful vaccation. The appartment was clean and tidy, the checkin progress worked without any problems and the owner told us about everything that was important. If you want to spend your time at a quiet and nice place this ist youre go to. You definitely need a car to reach the appartment and reach near locations you want to visit
