The detached villa is modern and functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Location
Albarella. The villa is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has different types of accommodation: small flats, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favorite sport.

Located in the Po Delta Natural Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean scrub, covered by 2 million trees of 150 different tree species, for example. Maritime pine and poplar, also called "Populus Alba", from which the island takes its name.

Fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat here. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the street in front of the house. Parking for 2 cars nearby.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to early September, 8 m x 3.5 m, 1.50 m deep). The holiday home features a swimming pool for exclusive use. Photos of the house are for illustration purposes only. In addition, there is a swimming pool facility at the sports centre (1 Olympic pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools), open from: 17.05.25 - 07.09.25 (weather dependent). The sports centre is located 1-3 kilometres from the complex.

The distance to the sea varies greatly depending on the location of the house. Usually, the first swim by bike takes a maximum of 10 minutes.

The entrance to your villa is on the ground floor, is at ground level, and leads directly into the kitchen-living room. The villa is part of a one, two, or three-family villa and is arranged on one or two levels.
Ground Floor: Living Room (pass-through room) with seating area, TV, dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol, shared with kitchen-living room) and ON REQUEST, an additional person can be accommodated at the price of €15.00 per night (payable on site). Bedroom with 1 double bed, (suitable for under 3 years) and 1 cot. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, and WC.
