About this property

Apartment with garden in a period villa on the seafront

The villa was built in 1924 and has belonged to my family ever since. The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks a large garden overlooking the waterfront. Furnished with period furniture, it is equipped with every comfort and consists of three double bedrooms, TV room, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a large living room with windows overlooking the private garden equipped for relaxing moments.

Magic stay on the lido Venice

We loved staying at Simonetta’s charming holiday rental on the lido. She has thought of everything to make it feel like a home away from home and it is perfectly situated across the road from the beach. We will be returning for sure!

Wonderful grand villa on the lido

Simonetta was great and the property is as beautiful as in the pictures. The front gate is across the street from the beach and the kids loved it. The bathrooms have been remodeled and were great. We couldn't have been happier.

Nous avons apprécier vivre dans cette magnifique villa italienne de style vénitien en famille. Très bel emplacement, à proximité de tous, de la mer, des resto, de la location de vélo etc. Villa décorée avec goût et suffisamment grande pour 6 personnes. Villa était propre et la propriétaire nous a très bien accueillie. Seul bémol est le prix élevé de la location.

Beautiful property in amazing location

The house on Lido lived up to expectations for our week away with two very young children. A beautiful and grand property, very large inside, and perfectly located opposite the beach but away from the noise of the main shopping street. Everything was walking distance, and much nicer on Lido than busy Venezia itself. All amenities for kids & babies were provided, and the owner was very helpful for local knowledge and assistance. I would thoroughly recommend for families and groups alike, though probably more affordable for larger groups.
